When our killers ...our military heros......accidentally kill innocent people they call it collateral damage.

We bomb, they bomb...we kill , they kill....the USA keeps trying to police the world.....they get smacked. 9/11 was just another sad event in a war that never ends.

the USA is a sad little nation...ugly and dangerous

No. That doesn't even make sense. Collateral damage is when you're trying to kill one person, and you accidentally kill another person instead. The people killed on 9/11 were killed intentionally. If not, then who do you think the terrorists were trying to kill?

People don't say we're ugly and dangerous when we deliver relief aid to disasters around the world. Or when we send billions for AIDS.

I'm pretty sure the US do other things too, other than just wars.

Sure people complain about US foreign policy. But many are still glad to see our military deliver warm blankets and some food & shoes for their kids.

And 911 was terrorist act. The US don't plan and target unsuspecting civilians. We target enemies who hide behind innocent women and kids.

You are ignoring the fact that the US was targeting armed militants, and civilians were accidently killed. That is the definition of collateral damage.

On the other hand, the 9/11 hijackers targeted only civilians and civilian structures, aside from the Pentagon (which paled in comparison to the Trade Center destruction) These people are just as cowardly as you are.

It was not "just another event". It was a pivotal turning point for both the USA and the rest of the world.

I don't completely disagree but you just sound like any other person mouthing off about things that most of us already know. Where were you like 4 years ago? Get a grip.

Were the Americans killed on 9/11/01 just "collateral damage" ?

If you can't see those at the WTC were purposely targeted to die, unlike when the US does everything in its power to avoid
civilian casualties, then you have lost all sense of objectivity.

The Americans were killed by a sneak attack. We were not at war when the terrorists attacked the United States . Our soldiers are fighting a war that was declared. God Bless America and our soldiers who have fought and died. You would do well to remember that as you spout your venum against them and our great country.

Exactly!
Brian who says there was no conflict or war going on, the war has never stopped going on over there.
If its only democracy, freedom, and western ways that set them off..How come they don't attack Sweden, Denmark, or Australia? We may not have been "at war" with them, but they were at war with us for our middle eastern policies. Better stay in shape tercelclub you're gonna be busy in Iran very soon.

As far as PNAC is concerned, yes, that is just collateral damage.
