If OBL is dead, then why hasn't that been confirmed ? Bushies attempts at apologizing for everything explain nothing.

Who says bin laden is alive? There is no absolute proof either way! Bin Laden is nothing more than a figure head, killing him even if he is alive, does not stop the war on terror. It doesn't stop extremist muslims from their daily suicide bombings. Killing Zarqawi in Iraq didn't curb anything and he was the lead al queda man in Iraq! I personally believe bin laden is DEAD. Before 9/11 we had actual real time footage of his where abouts from satellite spy cams. All weve gotten is a few so called 5 minute clips of him speaking, that could easily be done through hollywood type technology. Why would such a bragger of a man stay cowaring in the dark this long? The real question is why Clinton didnt get him when he had 3 chances!! You seem hell bent on Bush but not Clinton, who didn't do a damn thing in 1993 when al queda bombed the WTC the 1st time. But i guess you give him a pass cause the buildings didnt fall down? We lost hundreds of american soldiers and civilians during the Clinton era, through al queda, barracks bombings, u.s.s. cole, etc....But you dont question that! Your world of make believe does not and will not change one bit if bin laden is captured, or killed.

Because bin Laden is in Pakistan and the Pakistanis wont get him because the president doesn't want to seem to be pro-American. If we do strike at him, then muslims will retaliate against it. It's kind of a catch-22. The best thing that has happened is that he's been driven so far underground that he doesn't have any power left and he can't make himself publicly seen for his own safety. He might even be dead after all, but his cohorts wont say anything since they want him to be idolized. When is the last time we have heard a tape from him? BTW, I do not think the democrats are going to get him either if they control all three branches.

He is dead, that last we have heard from him was an audio tape shortly after 9-11 claiming that he had nothing to do with 9-11. He was a media whore and would not go this long without showing his face or voice to the world unless is was dead.

because there are 8 million caves and mountains in Afghanistan and there is alot of area to cover. They have captured other people, in fact it was like a month or so ago I believe that some people were caught in Afghanistan that were linked with Al-Queida. Those guytbuster bombs have torn the crap out of some of those moutains, so I think there may be pieces of him everywere, unless someone aided him out of the country, but the borders have been guarded for some time now.
People who say war for oil need to learn what they are talking about before they speak, and why would someone put thumbs down to America not being attacked, that type of mentality is why people think liberals hate America.

Not a Bush fan, by far but I honestly believe Osama Bin Laden is dead and has been for a couple of years.

Cause bin Laden was trained by the CIA. He's difficult to catch. Might well be dead by now from all that hiding in caves.
The man is a fool for choosing the wrong path.

Those that ask this question are looking for a reason to lash out at Bush. I may not like his policies lately, but I do understand realism.
Osama does not want to be caught. He is in a part of the world where he has a lot of friends willing to hide him and cover his tracks. If any of those people told us where he was, they would be tortured and killed. There is a great fear of what will happen to them, among those that know where he is. We are at an extreme disadvantage. You have to look at this issue realistically. It doesn't matter who is looking for him, he is doing his absolute best to remain hidden and would be difficult for Dem or Rep to find him.

The search for Bin Laden and the war in Iraq has all been a sham by the Bush administration. The only real truth about all of this is OIL. Hussein sat on huge oil reserves (112 billion barrelsn which makes Iraq have the second largest oil reserves in the world) and Bush wanted to get his hands on the oil so they fabricated this mess about WMD's and Bin Laden to take our attention away from the truth.
Now that we're being given more accurate information, it's all coming to light now. We were never looking for Bin Laden to begin with !
