None ,
Why would you think hospitals do not treat the un-insured or poor .
They will not perform life extending medical care for those without insurance or money and make them comfortable with pain meds till their deaths .
Yes if you have worked hard and have money then you get to live longer . You also have a nicer home ,car, boat ,plane ,and eat the best food and drink the best wine .
This should make you want to improve your lot in life .
Besides why should I pay to keep you alive a few more years when you are going to die anyhow .
Some people just need to die period if they are worth less and can not afford to live .
You think we do not have plenty of people to take the place of people who die .

Probably many. Emergency rooms are often overrun with illegals, and some cities have closed their emergency rooms because they can't afford to treat people who are here illegally and/or have no intention to pay for care.
That's one reason an asprin costs $50 in the hospital. We are all subsidizing the irresponsible.
Socialized medicine will only make it far worse.

Well if Illegal Aliens would not use ERs for their Doctors Offices the people who need to be seen, might be seen quicker...I guess you do not know much about health care do you? A ER can not turn someone away, even if they can not pay...so your argument is moot....just think how long the wait would be if we had "National Health Care"...people would die waiting on appointments...you you Liberals want this so bad, then you all pay for it...let's start with Michael "I never bathe" Moore...maybe he can give all his earning to it...I won't hold my breath waiting on Liberal to kick...I can't hold my breath that long...

Probably far less than those who live in Socialist countries with socialized health care. The lines are much longer, the specialists are fewer.

Better question:
How many people refuse to work and therefore not have medical benefits?
