I saw this lil news clip about an organization video taping Cops and trying to catch them abusing their authority on people. I thought it was interesting. Do you think This is a good thing? I think it is however I find a few things not right with the situation. I think it is good because we can make sure our cops are actually doing their job the right way. In the video 2 cops hold down one gang member and they are beating on him. The guy on the ground clearly can't fight back. They was sockin him in the face to try and make him get hand cuffed. I don't think that was needed. There are other ways to hand cuff him HOWEVER the dude might have had it commin to him to get ruffed up. I think it was a bit much cuz they seemed to be putting more effort in rearranging his grill than putting the cuff on. What is your take on it?

Can my mom evict me?

I live in Housing Authority of Contra Costa in California and when me and my mom moved in me and her signed the lease because we were the only people above the age of 18. Now she is telling me that I have to move out and if I don't she is going to put my stuff on the front porch for free. My questions are 1.) Can she evict me or does housing have to give me a notice? and 2.)if so how long of a notice? 3.) Also can she legally put my stuff out like that? 4.) And if not how would I go about getting the stuff back. And finally 5.) Where would I be able to find the information I need.

Can your boy friend live with you if you are on section 8?

A girl I know has 3 kids 2 of them are small,the other a boy is about 13 or 14 but pretty big for his age,she lives in the same apartment complex that I live in, but her boyfriend lives there too, I mean every day. She is on section 8, food stamps,and who knows what else shes on. This makes me mad to know that she gets away with this stuff when I'm struggling all the time to make ends meet. Her bf has a full time good paying job too. So does she. Her kids dress nice all the time. Why is the manager of this complex letting her do this? It's not that the manager does not know she does because she lives on the site too. What can I do about this ? I think that the manager here needs to go too. What do you think?

Pepper Spray?

I recently asked a question about someone possibly stalking me, or at the very least casing out my home. Anyway, I mentioned I had mace, and someone wrote in and said the effectiveness varies among individuals, that some aren't even phased by it hardly at all....is that true with all mace or just if it gets old? I heard if it gets old it's not as effective so I wasn't sure if thats what the person meant, or if some people are just "immune" to the stuff? Thanks!

Should the Democrat D.A. Mike Nifong, do jail time along with being sued by the families of the 3 white boys?

Answers Spell Check gave me the word Knifing for Nifong. Thanks Yahoo for the description of how Democrat Prosecutor - Wait - I mean Democrat Persecutor treated those young White Gentlemen. Nifong was ordered to be Fired immediately from his pulpit as Persecutor. The Families of the slain white victims already have millions in damages against this John Edwards style of Race Baiter. Along with losing his job and being sued; Nifong needs to check-in at the local cross bar hotel. I hear that they do offer Color - TV and dial out phones.

What is the best degree to obtain if I want to go into Crime Scene Investigation?

I am currently a 911 dispatcher but have a strong interest in criminal minds and how they work. I have an inquizative mind and love to solve problems. I am currently working on a 4 year Criminal Justice Admin degree from the University of Phoenix, but I am thinking about changing it to a Biology degree. Is there another type of degree that I am overlooking? Does anyone offer a 4 year crime scene analysis degree? Does it even exist? Thanks for the help.

Can felons become drug counselors?

OK, I have had people tell me that I would be a good drug counselor, since I have been down that road. Last night, I was having a conversation and the subject was brought up about drug counselors being in need here where I live, but I have a felony. The people I was talking to said that I could become one still. Does anyone know if this is true or not?

Dual Citizenship?

Here's my situation: I am an American citizen by birth and I believe that I have the eligibility to apply for a British citizenship as well (my father and grandparents are citizens of the Crown). I do not plan on moving to Britain in the near future, but I would like to have the citizenship. Where do I go to apply/ register? Where can I get the form to apply?
