bring the new spouse, their social secuiriy card and another form of ID and the marriage certificate(NOT the license) with you to the personnel office and enroll them into DEERS. Then you go to finance and put in the paperwork to start BAH at the With Dependent rate.

Take your spouses birth certificate and your marriage license to your S1 for starters. They will lead you to the rest of the check-in procedure for medical/TriCare and so forth.

Also be sure to check afterwards to ensure that your spouse is listed in the DEERS database. The TRICARE office or your S1 should be able to verify that for you.
