Operation Blue to Green will allow you to continue to serve your country, to maintain the benefits of military service, and to expand your horizons by gaining new training and trying new things. It facilitates the transfer of qualified Air Force and Navy individuals to active duty in the Army, depending on your service's willingness to release you from your current active service obligation.

"Since Republicans and Blue Dogs screamed bloody murder about a "govt" healthcare program, and got Dems? to change it to a private program..." Youre not dealing with reality. It hasnt been changed into a private program. But thanks for the tacit admission that it wasnt a private program before. After all that time you libs were lying through your teeth that it wasnt a government takeover, now you admit it was. "What are you talking about? ALL services would be rendered and billed by private companies in the program as it stands." What are YOU talking about? No change. In fact, the bill creates more government control than before.

you don't do it when you get in, you do it when you get out. you transfer directly from the Navy to the Army upon completion of your term with no break in service.

I think that blue to green is air force to army, but I'm not sure how it really works.
