The American State of Hawaii has released a Certificate of Live Birth that has been all over the news. You Tea Bag people are in denial. Face it: A black man was voted into the prresidency by the American people in a free and fair election. Get over it. Drink some tea and chill, already. While I realize that answering such leading, inane, and stupid questions will garner me no Best Answer awards, it is difficult to let such garbage pass without comment. It is pathetic, and all of you who subscribe to this stuff should be ashamed.

I think his lack of experience & lack of a workable plan could cost us many lives from drug use, terrorists & etc. He sees the world the way he wants it to be but that is not nearly enough to achieve it.
He campaigns on being African American while ignoring his Caucasian mother half. If he truly believed in no bigotry, then he would campaign on the no race ticket since he is both.
Presidents can & have made differences in history but some have made no great differences a.k.a. Carter, Ford & Clinton.

To be honest, I don't know enough about him to say that I would vote for him. In the debates that I saw him participate in, he looked like out of place in the one that was on MSNBC and he looked against John Edwards' attacks in the one on CNN. If he truly wants to present himself as a Washington outsider, then he is going to be more vocal on the issues and present new ideas that will show the disenfranchised that he has their best interest at heart. He has an up hill battle because he a young senator with less than one term under his belt and a short voting record, he's a Democrat that for some reason refuses to stand up to the conservative base they start bashing him, and he is black.

Coming from a Chicagoan this is gonna surprise you.

I think Barack Obama has absolutely no chance in these elections for three basic ideas.

1)

WAY too inexperienced

2)

He's African American and I just don't think America is ready for a black president

3)

He's trying to be Ronald Reagen, JFK, FDR, and Abe Lincoln all at the same time. He's gotta be himself!

Ask me in ten years maybe he'll have my vote, but not now

Electing Obama, or not, has nothing to do with Iran-Contra. Most importantly, your example is too old and doesn't apply to Obama or any current politician.

The main problem with Obama is that he has almost no experience. And so we're just supposed to believe he'll do good things, but he has no real proof. Just words. And all politicians have words. Lots and lots of words.

Obama's short experience in Illinois shows that he's a huge goverment, tax and spend liberal. If you're comfortable with that, fine. But tax-and-spend, historically, grinds the economy to a halt, stalls all growth, lightens the government's coffers, leads to inflation, and causes unemployment to climb.

Obama is associated with youth and the Black community. Thus, the US political image might change in case Obama wins which most of the politicians do not like. It is the reason that many Americans are against Obama.

VOTE for your choice as US President on my 360 degrees blog and know who will likely win.

he started making claims about how nothing was off the table (ie he might nuke iran) and when mike gravel called him out on it at the SC debate he acted like he hadnt said it "im not going to nuke anybody"

i cant stand the political speak, i wonder if he even knows what he is saying half the time.

Against has nothing to do with it. He just has no way of winning the nomination. Those who actually run the party will not nominate him. He is not a potential winner.

a good looking man, yes. Now, look at his mother and father, especially look into the history of his step-father. Do you know where he attended college. You need to look deeper than his beautiful skin color.
**Possible U. S. presidential candidate, Barack Hussein
Obama was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, to Barack Hussein Obama, Sr., a black Muslim from Nyangoma-Kogel, Kenya and Ann Dunham, a white atheist from Wichita, Kansas.
Obama's parents met at the University of Hawaii. When Obama was two years old, his parents divorced. His
father returned to Kenya. His mother then married Lolo Soetoro, a radical Muslim from Indonesia. When Obama was 6 years old, the family relocated to Indonesia.
Obama attended a Muslim school in Jakarta. He also spent
two years in a Catholic school. Obama takes great care to conceal the fact that he is a Muslim. He is quick to point out that, "He was once a Muslim, but that he also attended Catholic school."
Obama's political handlers are attempting to make it
appear that Obama's introduction to Islam came via his father, and that this influence was temporary at best. In reality, the senior Obama returned to Kenya soon after
the divorce, and never again had any direct influence
over his son's education. Lolo Soetoro, the second husband of Obama's mother, Ann Dunham, introduced his stepson to Islam. Obama was enrolled in a Wahabi school in
Jakarta. Wahabism is the radical teaching that is
followed by the Muslim terrorists who are now waging Jihad against the western world. Since it is politically expedient to be a Christian when seeking major public office in the United States, Barack Hussein Obama has joined the United Church of Christ in an attempt to downplay his
Muslim background. Let us all remain alert concerning Obama's very active presidential candidacy.
