Married young w/2 children, seperated for 12 yrs, reconciled for 2.5 yrs - shouldn't he be legal father in NY?

During the sep. I got pregnant w/ my 3rd. I NEVER claimed it his & NEVER made him pay anything. We got together & 2 yrs later I found out & had him convicted for molesting our dghtr - he pled guilty as there was evidence. He served no time & for the past 3 yrs - works to pay a minimum of child support & medical coverage for all 3 children. I am heavily dependant upon that for income right now as I only work PT w/ no benefits & job prospects are not panning out very well. My family helps tremendously & God Bless them for that. He ate through what little savings I had when we reconcilled &left me with no other choice but to file bankruptcy. I need to do this very soon in order to try & save some money rather then continue to pay off his debt. Is it true that I need to divorce first then file bankruptcy - the second I divorce he can drop my youngest from the medical coverage & he's the only one on a life saving prescription?

Yes, Tony Blair, the presidents largest international supporter is a socialist and is getting replaced by a true Conservative.

Constitutional Convention: How and who would join in?

First, this is about term limits and how we as the American people might be able to make this happen.

Second, both (all) sides should be interested in this.

Third, do you all think it possible for a grassroots effort to result in a Constitutional Convention to amend the Constitution to establish term limits?

Fourth, exactly how does a Constitutional Convention come about (by act of Congress and / or state Governors)? Is there any mechanism for the people to drive this process?

Finally, who would join me in trying to force this issue through a grassroots movement?

Why does middle class keep on whining about gas prices?!?

People of substance deal with the reality instead of crying... Why dont they just change their habits a little? They need to ask themselves... Do I need a Ford Excursion if I only have 2 kids? Do I need that trip to the mall every weekend? Can I carpool to work with my neighbor or maybe take a bus like low income people do... There are plenty of solutions around if you start using your brains!

Saddam really must have been the mastermind of all "terror", him and his minions.

2 or 4 wheelers parked in " no parking zones " are toed ,hawkers sitting there r not removed.why?

scatterd or ununited vehicle owners are penalised for parking their vehicles in " no parking zones" , but the hawkers are sitting in parking or no parking zones without any fear.
is there any remedy for the same. any court can take this case suo moto ?

Abrams able to fire ATGM?

hi I have read here that Abrams MBT and Leopard 2 should be able to fire ATGM.. that's crap, ain't it? I know that abrams does have the new gun for subcaliber "shotgun" ammo for urban warfare /x108 or so/, and that leopard is being upgraded to this stuff, too. but I am quite sure that neither of them is capable of carying ATGM inside. I actually saw someone talking about hellfire ATGM. if at all I would believe TOW because it is standard equipment of bradley and as such should be relatively easy to mount atop of other armoured vehicles.
notalk of russian tanks, this time. of those kornet/metis/cobra family
probably someone misjudged the inteligent grenade to be missile?
