I know I stopped. My friend behind me saw me stopped. If I really didn't stop, I would've just pay and move on. It was a huge intersection and the line was 2 yards out from the sign. There's no way I could've passed it. The cop was hiding behind dense bush 200 yards away. I don't know how he could've seen if I passed the line. If he didn't write down the wrong intersection, I could've done a proper defense. So if he IS allowed to correct it, how am I suppose to make my case? He could just make up some other intersection again. I am just trying to understand this.

Yeah, I learned from it. That the traffic laws are specifically designed to extort money from the public.
