My Permanent residency for Australia is expired and i could not complete my 2 years due to some problems to get my citizenship. I am out of australia at the moment....can someone guide me as to how to get ur residency status back

Half of my Social Security Disability benifits were garnished due to non payment of child support from a judgement from four years ago, before i started recieving benifits, there was a 1 yr period that i did not work and could not pay. Since i've been on ssd, (apprx 3yrs), i've paid child support witch is automatically deducted from my ssd check. Out of nowhere, without any notice I recieved only half of my ssd benifits! I automatically called social security and they told me that my wages were being garnished for failure to pay child support!!! Is there anything I can do? Im on the verge of being homeless because of this? Please help! Thank You!!

I'm talking good and bad. The checks and balances system ensures that our president does NOT have as much control over issues as we pretend he does. Does the president get blamed for everything in this country, good and bad? Is that fair, or is that just his role as president?

Just wondering what kind of action would be taken against someone whos in the military that had an affair?...my husband is in the military and so is the girl he cheated with...so could they get demoted? or ucmj action taken against them? what would be the consequences?

Lets just say if I was raped and killed by a mad man and the same thing was to happen to a women in Texas America, my murdurer would get life in prison (Approx 15 years) But the women in America's murdurer would get the lethal injection.

Does this mean that her life was worth more than mine?

I'm not sure if you heard or received the email about not purchasing any gas on May 15th to get the gas companies to lower the cost at the pump. Tell me what you think of this idea and if would work or not. Also, if you have a better solution to fix the price at the pump what is it? I don't want to here ignorant stuff about dropping bombs on the Middle East and taking over the Oil industry either. Keep that crap in your Command and Conquer game!!

I'm a person with a developmental disability and i've been beated up by an normal person today. I was just coming out of the store when i saw 4 or maybe 3 guys, they followed me and one person approached to me and asked "Do you have a problem with my man?" and i said "no,man. i don't have a problem with him. I just don't want any trouble". So, all of a sudden, he puched me in the face twice. I got an black eye so i was wondering what should i do about it? Should i tell the police or mind my bussiness.I want to press charges.

To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water;


1. Why did Bush get to declare war on Iraq?
2. And, why is there even a Guantanamo ******* Prison, if Congress hasn't authorized it?


Or is it:
1. Bush didn't "really" declare war on Iraq...Or Afghanistan for that matter.
2. Congress did authorize Guantanamo Bay, for the purpose of a place for captives?
