I just don't want any trouble". So, all of a sudden, he puched me in the face twice. I got an black eye so i was wondering what should i do about it? Should i tell the police or mind my bussiness.I want to press charges.

You can't "press charges" without the Police being involved. Call them and tell them your story.Do it before the black eye heals. Did anyone else see the guy hit you? Do you know who the guy is or where he lives? This is all information you will want to give to the responding officer. Good luck.

If you want to press charges, you have to have a Police report made out. It's your call.

Go to the police and press charges. That's assault and it's illegal. Otherwise, they'll do it to you again and to other people, too.
