Australia Immigration?

My Permanent residency for Australia is expired and i could not complete my 2 years due to some problems to get my citizenship. I am out of australia at the moment....can someone guide me as to how to get ur residency status back

I would be really grateful...

go back to your home country be yourself and make the best of it among your people, culture, languages don't run around and pretend to be white or be with white just because your black/brown.
