I have this problem with a neighbour who lives upstairs from me. He has one of these small ultrasonic/ high frequency sonic devices which puts out a powerful beam of sound. He aims it into my appartment and at me when i am trying to sleep. This has been going on since i moved into this appartment a year and a half ago, and stops me sleeping all night every night (he lets me get a few hours sleep in the afternoon), but this is not the main problem.

The main problem is that while i am lying down, he is now aiming it at my neck, with it turned up to the most powerful setting. This causes my body to be totally paralysed from the neck down, and when he does this while i am conscious, it seems to go on for about 10 or 15 seconds. He has also done this since i moved in, but now is starting to do this more often, maybe 2 or 3 times a day.

The left is and has been out of ideas for awhile now. They keep up there same tired we hate Bush rants because they have nothing else. Nothing but ideas on how they can take more of your money and start yet another unfunded entitlement for the masses. They have no strategy to win the war in Iraq, to secure a peace in the middle east, deal with North Korea, keep the economy going while protecting the environment, etc.

On every issue there idea-less. All they preach is doom and gloom and how life would be so much better if there guy was in the White House. How? Just saying it over and over doesn't make it true! You need real ideas, not just opposition for the sake of it.

I think its high time the left swallows that bitter pill or they will find themselves asking what happened in 2009.

I was pulled over last night for "the light on your license plate is not working" and explained that the license plate was not light up by any light specific to the plate... and that is why he pulled me over on a very busy saturday night.

Problem - my car has no light specifically for the license plate. I am not saying the light is broken or missing - I am saying the car was not designed to have a light for the plate.

I didn't get a fix it ticket but one for no insurance - which I had in my hand at the time but he wouldn't take it...Just handed me the ticket for no insurance.

Are not the police are supposed to have probable cause to pull someone over? If it is not illegal to have no light for my plate then why would I be pulled over for that?

this is just weird.

I have never in my 55 years of life been more embarrassed or ashamed of the U.S. Congress. Not surprisingly, with liberal Democrats pushing their mindless agenda, it is no wonder. Have you noticed how these people make NO attempt to address the real problems of the day, but rather only whine, offer no solutions of their own (none that are doable anyway), and concentrate virtually all of their efforts on one investigation after another of the administration? Getting Rumsfeld's head wasn't enough for the frothy-mouthed losers., so they run themselves, and everyone else in Congress, ragged going after Gonzalez, Wolfowitz and their big fish: Rove. Now Kucinich bawls for Cheney to be impeached (won't happen). Feinstein keeps the tears flowing for the poor terrorists we have in Guantanamo (shoot them). The ever-shrill Pelosi wastes time wanting short-term funding until July for Iraq. And Reid declares the whole thing "lost." Without a doubt, has there ever been a sorrier cast of Americans?
