Check with Nigerian consulate.

My past experience was waste of time, I was ask to pay some processing fees, I just did not received any reply from the consulate. It was an offer from Nigeria, but not from same party but similar type of offer.

If you have to pay then it is not a true offer.

Mine was $250,000/year plus expenses, plus first class travel, first class accommodation, plus driver and car at my disposal and per Diem and incidental allowance, tuition fees for the children under 25 years at boarding school or college, their travel and other allowances, but requested $300.00 one time processing fee.

Yes, its genuine. Although they did not ask, send them $1,000 as a thank up. In addition, send me $5,000 just so that I can put in a good word about you to them. If you fall for any of these, just right ****** on your forehead so that scammers can focus on you and leave the rest of us alone. I doubt if you applied to the job (they will pay you even less than you would make in India.) Why should they seek you out in specific out of the over 2 million USA software engineers/IT workers? Why would a company go through the hassle of trying to get you work visa/resident permit and the likes without a even a single interview? Name one software engineer/IT work that got contacted also to work in Nigeria? If you think about these hard you would know what I am thinking.

i supposedly had 12 million dollars coming all they needed was to verify my bank information. if it was not the correct person the director of this supposed nigerian bank could consort with me and with my bank information i could get the money and we would share it.. all sorts of department heads and officials were on the email. needless to say after getting a good laugh i sent copies to the attorney generals office and the the federal trade commission etc. if you believed this you need more professional help than is here on yahoo

No, that's one of the phony letters. I've got the real one and am in the process of putting together a consortium of individuals to build-up the funds to bribe the appropriate people in Nigeria to release the funds to us.

Send ME anywhere from $1,000 to $10,000 to join in our effort and assure your participatory share in the eventual proceeds.

You don't need any one's opinion to determine that letter is fake, and you better not follow it up. First proof, the diction and grammar of the letter is below standard, and it's an indicator that a low life without a bit of education, trying to make fast money sent you that letter. I warned you.

no. don't trust anything from nigeria. they just want your personal information. unless you are actually there for an interview with a respected company, don't believe anything you receive online. i have a manufacturing business and we sell world wide. we avoid africa altogher, unless it is south africa. the rest of it is filled with scam artists, especially nigeria.

This is a scam. Beware of e-mails that also have BOA (Bank of Africa) that originate from Nigeria.
