yet most won't actually don't the military and help out the cause? Is it because they aren't as brave and tough as they think they are?
At least they support the magnetic ribbon industry.

I love this argument "80% of the military is republican." Prove it. Also i have heard it is over 90% from some people, so your figures may be a bit too low. Also, even if the military is 850% republican that does not explain why you are not there. Hell, i can make up stats too. 79% of republicans are missing the left side of their brains. Easy huh?
Oh and i never listen to someone who uses something as grammatically incorrect as " whether or not." It shows a lack of quality education.

They call it the "Fight of Our Generation" ....
... because to them, every Generation needs a Fight (War).
Without a war, they probably feel life is missing something. To them, war is natural & necessary. Enemies exist... and the way to deal with them is to wipe them out - not try to understand, negotiate, make friends, support peace (all of which they may consider is for wimps).
Without a war in each generation, how would their beloved overbloated military continue to receive $400+ billion/year from the government? (More than all other countries in the world spend on defense COMBINED.) How would their beloved "defense" (attack) companies survive? High-tech weapons need to be tested in battle, and soldiers need genuine combat experience.

I am a republican and I can tell you that I have served in the military and the cowardice displayed on the left is terrible. Seriously, why do you people keep asking dumb question? Are you in the military or do you just get to ask it whenever you feel like it? I remember when I was in the military and while I was wearing my uniform people would come up to me. They would say things like bless you for what you are doing but I hate George Bush. It is a free country so you are intitled to your view, but don't be so asinine as to think that by insulting my commander and cheif you aren't insulting my mission, my job, and my country. It took much of my military bearing to not tell those people off.
So I will ask you if it is even possible to support something when you are not in it. Do you support to fight against AIDS? Well do you have AIDS or are you a researcher? If not then you don't actually support the fight against AIDS. See how stupid that sounds when you attach that same logic to something else.

It's because most of the loud mouths, O'Reilly, Hannity, Coulter, Limbaugh, Bush, Cheney, and the few moronic Cons on this forum are all talk. They are the same types that say things like, "my brother will kick your a**". They just like to sit around and talk. They claim they support the troops with their ribbons and pro-war stickers on their trucks. But the truth is, these are the same people who step over the crippled homeless veterans on the streets. They don't pressure the govt. to help the wounded vets, but they do support sending more troops to Iraq to either die or be wounded. Let's be honest - ribbons and stickers do NOTHING for our troops. It does not help them one bit. If you want to help the troops, then pressure our president to bring them home and give them the proper treatment. If you're going to support sending them to battle, then you better support them 10 fold when they come home crippled or dead.

Fact is we cant pull out of Iraq. If we do we will look weak to the Islamic militants and the rest of the world and i will bet that the minute we pull out there will be more 9/11 type attacks. Put Hillary in office if that happens people will be screaming "wheres Ronald Reagan" ! A total disaster !

get out of here with your stupid question... it is the fight of our generation because terrorism is THE evil of our generation and we're finally doing something proactive about it. what we've done the past 6 years as well as what we do in the next 5-10 will determine whether or not you live in fear everyday of your miserable life. with your logic, i can say that a person has no right to be against the war if you haven't served on the ground (which i don't agree with obviously)... we have a VOLUNTEER force. i shouldn't have to explain that to you... but, i tell you right now... that if a draft was instituted, i'd be FIRST in line to serve my country.
who care about grammer when compared to the idiocracy you display, ya moron.

I'm guessing it's like a gambler that goes all in with a deuce and a 5 off suit. They'd call it the hand of the century regardless of their indiscretion.

The Republicans have all been duped by the "Neocons" which is a Jewish American group that wants America to fight Israel's enemies. Since our leaders are mostly Jewish and/or dual-citizen Israelis themselves, they go along with these Neocon criminals. It is disgusting.
