The republicans have REALLY F*cked up this country. Lets start from George HW Bush. He created the largest deficiet ever. We then got the greatest president not on mount rushmore, Bill Clinton, and he got us a SURPLUS; the first one since andrew Jackson! Then, during his presidency, Newt Gingrich (may he burn in hell) wanted to make clinton look bad because he vetoed thier tax laws that would redig the deficiet. THEN Newt (may he burn in hell) had the republicans NOT pass a renewal on the budget, so the USA government SHUT DOWN! So Newt (May he burn in hell) was forced to leave as speaker of the house. Then the republicans shut down the white house for 2 years for the lewinsky scandal. CLinton lied about his private life, but HOW does that matter? He could govern and was honest about that? Just shows how desperately pathetic the red party is. CONTINUED...

I live in a condo community and they had 3 speed bumps in the beginning of the lot, in which the first (if your coming) or the last speed bump (if your leaving) is placed on a hill so it is hard for my car to make it over with out the car studdering over the bump or I have a hard time getting over the bump slowly although if I give it too much gas my car bottoms out on it. . that was the first issue. . the second issue is now they added 3 more that are "violent" in the best words thats how i'll describe the new speed bumps . . Now is there any laws that state how far away each speed bump can be placed and is there a law that permits the height of the bump? Also you should know I live in Worcester, Massachusetts . .I would really like to address this issue with the condo association promptly so any laws or advice about this would be greatly appreciated. .I'm starting to be concerned with my car!! thanks

Worse than SARS and Bird Flu combined, The Center for Disease Control has issued a warning about a new virulent strain of Sexually Transmitted Disease. The disease is contracted through dangerous and high-risk behavior. The
disease is called Gonorrhea Lectim and pronounced "gonna re-elect him." Many victims contracted it in 2004, after having been screwed for the past four years. Cognitivecharacteristics of individuals infected include: anti-social personality disorders, delusions of grandeur with messianic overtones, extreme cognitive dissonance, inability to incorporate new information, pronounced xenophobia and paranoia, inability to accept responsibility for own
actions, cowardice masked by misplaced bravado, uncontrolled facial smirking, ignorance of
geography and history, tendencies towards evangelical theocracy, categorical all-or-nothing behavior. Naturalists and epidemiologists are amazed at how this destructive disease originated a few years ago from a stupid bush in TX

Can someone like a Barack Obama bring a uniqueness to the table and bridge the racial divide in our country and show us how we all can work together to inprove american life? Do you think he can be impartial to all ethnic groups in America? Can he bring a multi-cultural perspective to both Republicans and Democrats? What are your thoughts on this highly sensitive question on race and perspective putting aside your part biases.

You work as a junior clerk for Ikkelbod, Dwyer & Summ, Accountants. The senior partner of the firm, while conducting an Audit has encountered two difficulties. He placed two different problems on your desk which are representative of the difficulties he has discovered. The extent of the client’s tax liabilities will be dependant on the validity of the transaction in each case. He requires you to research these problems and give him all legal options which he in turn can then advise the respective clients with. The partner has requested this information in the form of an opinion.

[An opinion is an essay which covers all of the relevant legal issues and researches the relevant legal precedents. Based on this research an indication is made what may be the most advantageous path for the client to take. All relevant legal information must be provided to the client, to enable them to make an informed choice.]

(a) Mrs S drives into the entrance of Watson’s multi–story car park at 4.55 pm. She takes a ticket from the dispensing machine. This ticket has printed on it a black metallic strip that records the time, and the legend:

“By accepting this ticket the holder is bound by the terms and conditions of the contract.”

Mrs S enters the car-park. On the first floor she finds a large sign which states the terms of the contract. One of these terms is that any car left after 5 pm. will be charged $50.00 regardless of length of stay. Mrs Smith does not like this idea and attempts to leave the car-park; there is however a line of cars exiting and her departure is delayed by 10 minutes. At the pay kiosk the attendant tries to charge Mrs Smith $50.00 for her stay. Mrs Smith refuses; she claims a contract was not formed.

Could you briefly set out what you would consider Mrs Smith’s legal argument for her claim would be under common law? How would Watson’s Multi-story Car-park attempt to counter this claim?

How will she bear the humiliation.

Blair, who had years to go on his elected term of office, fell waaay out of favor with the British people, according to the polls, because of the Iraq fiasco. When his party got clobbered in midterm elections he resigned in a week.

So what excuse does Bush have for stubbornly ignoring the people's will and hanging around when he is far less popular than Blair?
