think there a 20 year limitation for most crimes over here but their trying to get rid of that. Dont know whats its like in your area.

Haven't you seen "Dog the Bounty Hunter"? Your bail jump is going to haunt you for the rest of your days - and when you lease expect it, you may be hauled in. Not only do you have to worry about "bounty hunters" if your bail was a significant loss to your bail bondsman, but you have to worry about the warrant for your arrest that was issued by the court when you did not appear for your hearing. This puts you into the NCIC and on the radar of any law enforcement agency who may have a reason to stop you or run your bona fides through their computer system. Good luck -

No limits on that one. You jumped bail and you have a warrant out there for your arrest that will follow you around as long as you live or until you take care of it.

Yes, once they capture you it goes away. It does make a huge difference which State is involved, although any State
is liable to capture you and return you to the proper State.
Contacting a lawyer and taking care of this appears to be the way to fix this.

Here in Canada a conviciton for this kind of offence will never go away, nor should it.
