I am Pro-Life... There is no reason the murdering of unborn children should be looked at any different than a child who has been born. I know there are certain circumstances that can justify an abortion in some peoples eyes and I understand their position. Rape for one is a reason that someone might have a legitamate reason to abort a child, but usually if you have been raped you go to the hospital the day of or after the rape to get examined and that's when the doctor will determine weather the female is pregnant or not and give her options to terminate the pregnancy right then (only 5% of fertile females that are raped get pregnant) So the Rape victim should take the appropriate steps to prevent the cell to grow into a fetus in the first place. As for life threatening situations, most women who have problems during pregnancy already are aware that they may face complications getting pregnant, I think that when a women knows that she is putting her life in danger as well as a unborn child, She should be held personally responsible for the death of her child. There are plenty of children to adopt in this world that women who know and understand the risks they are taking shouldn't put themselves or a child in that situation EVER!!!

Personally, I'd never have an abortion unless under certain life-threatening circumstances or rape. HOWEVER, this is because I know I'd be the best parent I could possibly be. Unfortunately, it is not responsible people like myself who are neglecting to use their birth control. If they want to have an abortion in the first place, it obviously says that they do not want or cannot afford a child, so why make them have one??? I am PRO-CHOICE all the way. I don't want to see any more innocent children coming into this world that are unwanted or not cared for properly. I don't care if it's a life or not. My own mother was going to abort me if my father had left her and I would have hoped that she did because I would in no way be who I am today if I didn't have my dad. Some people are simply not meant to be parents. So, rather than trying to make abortion illegal, why don't we educate our young women about properly using birth control so that we can PREVENT many abortions from happening in the first place???

I use to be pro-abortion, and I mean to say abortion, not choice. I thought it was a good thing. However I slowly began to change my views partly because of medical advances and partly because of the sometimes nasty rhetoric on the part of some people on the pro-choice side, I couldn't bring myself to change to pro-life though until I heard some one who said he was an Atheist ask "If life doesn't begin at conception, when does it begin?" That simple question changed me. So to answer your question... I'm pro-life.

professional determination. i don't precisely approve abortion as a ethical determination, yet i think of that if a girl desires to get an abortion, she could have each and every suited to. i might in no way get one myself except there became into an argument that is risky to me and/or the toddler (which includes ectopic being pregnant) or if I have been ever raped (God forbid). I additionally think of that no rely what the regulation says, all people is often going to need abortions. i might lots extremely have those human beings get their abortions performed in a sparkling enviroment by ability of a doctor who knows of what the hell they are doing than in some returned alley with a coat hanger.

I'm with you! I'm pro-life! Upon conception, it's a living cell that grows constantly, a fetus. I think everyone who has an abortion should have to watch the videos that shows an abortion and then they can see that this fetus (baby) is going through actual pain! I don't knock others for having abortions, but there are other options. There are reasons that a baby is conceived, no matter if it's the right time or the wrong time in your life, but that baby is put in your life for a reason! I didn't kill mine, I put mine up for adoption (not that I didn't want him, I truly did, but I couldn't raise him in the violent home I lived in and my father would have hunted us down and killed us if I'd have left). After 23 years, I've reunited with my precious son and he's thanked me for not taking the easy way out and for choosing to give him life. He also thanked me for adoption so that he didn't have to end up living in the same hell I had to. There are plenty of couples who can't have kids and want them, maybe that's why I got pregnant....his parents got a beautiful baby boy and I finally ended up getting to escape my father. Now my son's got 2 families...we all got something wonderful out of this! Abortion? Never!

A fetus lives off of the mother (host). It can not survive without it's mother before a certain time. If it can not breath, it can not live.
You check the BREATHING and the HEARTBEAT.
I am not for late term abortion. But I am pro-choice. I am not for using it as a form of birthcontrol. Using it for victims of rape, etc.

PRO CHOICE
Think about the bottom line:
A crack addict is pregnant and cannot care for herself OR a child: either terminate or risk having a baby with more health problems than can be helped.
A sixteen year old girl is forcibly raped and becomes pregnant: Either terminate or have the child of a sexual crime and risk changing the rest of her life (college, etc)
There are many ways to say it, and I understand where you are coming from, but abortion is a part of life and sometimes it has to happen for the good of the people involved.
