My wife and I allowed a 16 year old cousin of my wife to come live with us. She was not respecting me so I told my wife I wanted out of the custody filing for her but I wouldn't stop her from getting custody. I removed myself from the court papers before the costody was awarded to my wife. I never even really talked to the girl. Would I still be considered the minor’s natural or adoptive parent, stepparent, guardian, or custodian, or person?

All the republican fans yell and scream against all the democrat fans who are yelling and screaming the same.

I really enjoy questions that are focused on real issues that can be reasonably and respectfully debated.

I asked a question regarding taxes. Taxes affect every single person in this country from babies to our elderly.

I got 4 answers to the question.

But to a question like, "How stupid is Bush?" you get 20 to 40 opposing fans yelling at the top of their "fingers" about just exactly how stupid they think Bush is.

Aren't there things in this country and the world that have a bit more importance than what opinions opposing fans have of the president?

I know, this question is a bit inane itself, and is a bit of a rant also.

I'll stop and won't do it anymore...IF YOU WON'T EITHER!!!

LOL!!

I personally think that we would be better off without it. It would lead to much less bickering in the government.

Nancy Pelosi, to me, is an arrigant, devil woman who is going to distroy the world! Why didn't any take her hostage when she was in the Middle East? Oh yeah...because her botoxed filled face is so ugly!

They picked Leonard Peltier as the guy to pin the killings on and call them murders, even though everyone else in the case got off with the "justified self defense" plea. The FBI covered up evidence and misdirected the jury, and now even the federal judges who sat on the case now say they have problems with how the government conducted the trial. He got no fair trial, why is he still in prison? maybe there really is no justice. Check out: http://www.freepeltier.org/

I got a response from someone "over 3,333 American soldiers have been killed and another 33, 000 wounded, many horribly crippled and disfigured for life. Incredibly brave young men and women—yet in reality victims of a fundamentalist/political cult’s deadly shadow. The independent public database, www.iraqbodycount.net, reports over 600,000 innocent civilian deaths in Iraq resulting directly from military action by the United States and its allies" If this is even close to being true. The war for freedom? is misleading! Too many lives have suffered to get where they are right now. And nothing has been resolved. Sadam Husein must look like a Saint compared to Bush???

I am a free thinker and a fond libertarian, and I get so angry that we are continuously being told utter lies and led into intellectual deception. Consider , for example, this case; Is it not true that army service is another name for contract-killing? Either in defence or attack a soldier is given a gun. Why? Just to killl and kill and kill for somene else we call a government controlled by the politicians! And pray what is the so-called government we areasked to pay taxes to keep in power? Is it not another name for legalised form of protection racket - not unlike what the gangsters the world over practise? Please think it over ans pass your comments. Thank you.

Its obvious. In a question asked recently, a person said that all Mexicans are illegal immigrants. And people who corrected him (because any person with a brain knows this is not true) gave a thumbs down.

Most people here do hate Mexicans, not just illegal immigrants, but Mexicans. Its obvious from that question and the answers given.

Is it legally binding? I never agreed to it. Same goes with, "Not responsibile for damage to vehicles" in parking lots. The signs are few and far between, and usually you do not even see them.

my deductible is $1000, (the damage estimate is $3700) but i don't think i should have to pay for that since it was her fault. she backed into me & the police gave her a ticket for driving without insurance.
