If dying for Islam is the way to paradise, Why are the A-Qaida leaders not commiting suicide bombings?

Evil so dark does not qualify for paradise. The leaders know evil and innocence and can find pure people that would qualify. It is the mold-able young that can carry bombs for paradise.
