Both of my parents past away in 1997 in Nevada. I have five siblings one of which was instructed to give my two children the money they have put in a money market and others monies through insurance, retirement, and more that I am not sure of as I do not know the name of the lawayer my Mother had hired. My Father died first then my Mother followed eight months later. I am also not sure the will was finished. She did have a living will. All in my imediate family new of thier wishes by verbaly expressing so. Now my Brother who played executor, said their is no money. My children have reached twenty one plus now and are wondering what went wrong. How could their Uncle do such a thing. We would like justice and some kind of details of where an estimated $58,000.00 went to. Thankx for any help anyone can offer me. Thank you !

This link is to a 1.5 hour video with some compelling points as to indicate the 9/11 WTC attack was an inside job.
Okay. The points are compelling. But, it raises two thoughts in my mind.
First. If it were an inside job, viewing this video makes me think Larry Silverstein was the mastermind, not Bush.
Secondly. It would have taken hundreds of people to have wire these buildings to implode, as the video implies. What happened to those people? There is no way anyone could get together a group of tight lipped people that large. At least one person involved would have stepped forward by now and ratted out the plot.
An evil mastermind would also know this in advance. Knowing that, the mastermind would have had all these worker bees killed to silence them. The killing of that many people familar with building demolition would also have been noticed or at least evident with research.

Any thoughts on these points?

Recently I read a letter to a newspaper where a woman about to go on maternity leave was told by a young male colleague 'I wish I could have six months off' - to this she replied 'only a man could think having a newborn is time off!'..

Whilst I don't agree with that I do sometimes wonder why we as a nation do not regard children and the raising of them not just in terms of an individual's choice but also in the wider arena of society needs people to have children to supply the workers of the future who can then pay taxes.

Yet often maternity or paternity leave is as this lad pointed out seen as a holiday or similar - this same lad whether or not he himself has children will one day rely on the children of others, be it as his GP, Police Officer and so on.

This will be a key speech for Sen. Clinton, especially as it may affect the black vote. I'm curious what your predictions are about how she will approach this. What will she say about Jesse Jackson/Al Sharpton, for example? I'm interested in your opinions about what you think Sen. Clinton will say and how your predictions will match up to what she really does say on Monday. Thanks!

Where are all of the people that said that the illegals have taken away jobs. My friend who has a 240 acre cherry grove will probably lose most of his crop because most of the illegals are not signing up for work this year out of fear of raids. He is wondering where all the people who are willing to work these jobs that are legal?

To me, this guy is no terrorist. He seems to only be a very stupid kid whose stupid parents allowed him to convert to Islam and travel to Pakistan on his own to learn more about his faith. Being young and stupid, he got brainwashed by some sick people and was led astray into Afghanistan where he ran into more sickos. He has already served 4 1/2 years of a 20 year sentence and was recently moved from Medium Security to the Supermax in Colorado. He has renounced Islam and acknowledged the stupidity of his past. Should his sentence be commuted?

Doesn't it seem that this party loyalty is doing nothing except cause more problems? We are no longer voting for or supporting the better candidate, but simply the one who identifies with our respective parties.

With the exeption of WWI and WWII, where the US came in after everybody was bleed to death, the US really hasn't won a thing. From Cuba to Vietnam, from Somalia to the Philipines, little Dictators like Hugo Chavez, 90 year old Fidle Castro's and Sickly old Terrorist like Osama wonder what the Penatogon does with 600 Billion Dollar each year.

Somehow driving in circles seems to lack stratigic panache.

I was watching an interview with a Army Lieutenant. He was going on patrol (drive in circles) in Baghdad. He said we drive the same route every day. The reporter asked if that was safe. The Liutenate answered NO but all the other roads are blown up.

If even a Liberal News Reporter knows driving in circles waiting to be killed is not a good plan. Why hasn't someone explained this to Bush.
