That is not to say that O.J. did not have the means, opportunity, motive, or method available to him, it simply means that there were other logical possibilities when it came to suspects. Very rarely will a court ever return a verdict of innocent due to the complexity involved in proving that an act did not occur (proving a negative is impractical as well as impossible).
