What if the Church, Unions, Politicians and Pentagon would disappear today?

Would we be overrun by more freedom and loads of money like the swiss, or would we start carrying for real problems like Medicare, Social security, Education, Crime Rates, Transportation, Enviroment, Energie?

If the politicians disappeared then it would be an empty building, if more people came to fill it THEY would be politicians.

Less Goal setting? Organization is why countries are great? Like tools, relegion, unions, social services, its all part of giant jig saw puzzle. The country with more dynamics the most tools the greater that country is?

not sure about all the government going away BUT I have long held the thought that if we didn't have religion to teach us there is some "pie in the sky" waiting for us after we die, we would do a much better job trying to take care of what we have now and spend our time trying to make it as good as we possibly can while we are here. Religion causes so much "BAD" in our society.

You forgot to add liberals and stupid people, which by the way are synonymous. Is what youre saying that only if one, (even partially), had liberal beliefs, the world would be better off? I doubt it, i think it would get hell worse. A great man once said, "liberals are worthless," and i have yet to be proven wrong.
