I will not like it at all if I have to wait till monday. he at a location that won't let you put the return address on it. then he'll be moved in a few days, then supposedly after that I'll be able to write back to him. have any of you gone through this? is this normal proceedure? by the the he's in the national guard. based in new york state near albany, the captol of ny

If it is then that's complete bullcrap. If I see a friend that has been pulled over I should be able to walk up and ask him or her what's going on. If I can't then America's a police state.

I worked for a company for 2 years. and my mom died a year ago and when she died i started to ring things out without ringing it up. i did this for a year and i was really depressed im only 22. i have never done anything wrong to get in to trouble with the law my whole life. now im scared and i kno i have to change. i cant belive i got so depressed. anyways i got a letter today saying that i owe 10,000. i cant do that. i can make payments but not in full. my sisters husband is a lawyer and he said its a fourth degree felonie and i will probaly get probation.. if i go to court. im confused and scared cause im not that person anymore and im better and happier and im over the fact that my mother died and i kno i deserve some punishment. ive beat myself up for it so many times... i jus want someone to hinestly let me kno that I am not going to jail. since this is the first and last time i have ever done something like this
please help me

I used to hate the Kalashnikov series of rifles until I started firing them downrange.
I think it's a really reliable weapon, but if so many people believe it's better than the M16, then how come we are basically THE world power and we ARE NOT using the AK? And the people that we have dominated in the middle east are using the AK? I must be missing something. Maybe it's a political thing, but that just tells me that there's a damn good reason we are using the M-16. And, contrary to popular belief, models of the M-4 have been developed that need virtually no cleaning and never jam, At least that's what one of my SWAT magazines stated in one of their issues. So wich one is truly better?

I know it's illegal to MAKE copies and I know it's illegal to SHARE copies, but are there any laws saying you cannot have an illegal copy in your possession? Also, what are the laws concerning recording from the radio or from an audio stream on a website?

Not just over the war(s) but, the fact that Congress is freeloading with our tax money (none of which they ever have to pay in). Their quibbling is sickening..........we seem to be stuck. German Chancellor Angela Merkel infurrieates Palestiania leader Abbas by repeatedly bringing up kidnapped IDF soldier Gilad Shalit, (she wants him released..NOW!). Merkel also refused a tour of Bethlehem to see the security barrier. She didn't want to hear how "evil" Israel will not allow any more bombers in. (by the way..Merkel is an atheist !)

My fiancee's exboyfriend and his parents have been harassing me since day one. They are in a custody battle for their kids...they have accused me of almost everything under the sun to keep her kids from her...most recently I was accused of sexually abusing her 3 year old daughter..children services investigated and closed the case. Now they have a restraining order out on me...we went to court for that yesterday and after 5 hours of testimony nothing was decided...if he gets this restraining order then I won't be able to see my fiancee's children...which I love them like my own...any advice???
