My fiancee's exboyfriend and his parents have been harassing me since day one. They are in a custody battle for their kids...they have accused me of almost everything under the sun to keep her kids from her...most recently I was accused of sexually abusing her 3 year old daughter..children services investigated and closed the case. Now they have a restraining order out on me...we went to court for that yesterday and after 5 hours of testimony nothing was decided...if he gets this restraining order then I won't be able to see my fiancee's children...which I love them like my own...any advice???

Damn...

Tell them to seriously leave you the hell alone. I would want to have a talk with them and tell them "Hey, can you provide me with info on WHEN I sexually abused her?"

The girl will not lie being three years old.

What does your fiancee say about this? Does she just stay quiet and not say anything? Tell her to speak up. When it comes to go to court, tell the judge that you had nothing to do with it and that they are HER children and she has every right to see them as well. Hell, also bring up the whole 'sexual abuse' thing and point out it was closed because you were found innocent.

People these days will do anything to quickly sue for money or get joy out of someone else's misery...

Advice? Yeah, stop worrying about yourself.

Talk to your fiancee and start thinking about how you support HER.

If you want to fight this, you can, but it may just make things worse on her. If you don't care about that, give her a break and just get out of her life now.

in case you play your playing cards proper, the sociopath will locate some different person s/he likes to clutter with better than you or will bypass to reformatory or the nuthouse for harming someone except you......and then they wont come out and worry you as a lot maximum proper desires
