17 WAYS TO BE A GOOD LIBERAL
1. You have to be against capital punishment, but support abortion on
demand.
2. You have to believe that businesses create oppression and governments
create prosperity.
3. You have to believe that guns in the hands of law-abiding citizens are
more of a threat than U.S. nuclear weapons technology in the hands of
Chinese and North Korean communists.

5. You have to believe that gender roles are artificial, but being
homosexual is natural.
6. You have to believe that the AIDS virus is spread by a lack of federal
funding.

8. You have to believe that hunters don't care about nature, but PETA
activists do.
9. You have to believe that self-esteem is more important than actually
doing something to earn it.
10. You have to believe that Mel Gibson spent $25 million of his own money
to make "The Passion of the Christ" for financial gain only.
11. You have to believe the NRA is bad because it supports certain parts of
the Constitution, while the ACLU is good because it supports certain parts
of the Constitution.
12. You have to believe that taxes are too low, but ATM fees are too high.
13. You have to believe that Margaret Sanger and Gloria Steinem are more
important to American history than Thomas Jefferson, Gen. Robert E. Lee, and Thomas Edison.
14. You have to believe that standardized tests are racist, but racial
quotas and set-asides are not.
15. You have to believe that the only reason socialism hasn't worked
anywhere it's been tried is because the right people haven't been in charge.
16 You have to believe that gay parades displaying drag queens and
transvestites should be constitutionally protected, and manger scenes at
Christmas should be illegal.
17. You have to believe that this message is a part of a vast, right-wing
conspiracy.
GOD BLESS AMERICA ...... oops, ...... can't do that either

It's very simple.
Liberals believe that more often than not - change of a certain policy or law is a good thing.
Conservatives believe that less often than not -change for a certain policy or law is a bad thing.
A Neo-Con believes they know the answer to all questions and if you disagree you are a commy, anti-american, leftist, elitist, and immoral person.

A liberal is a person who dismisses all traditional
moral standards so everyone can just do their own thing.
Most liberals that write in to "answers", seem to be full
of hate. It seems liberals and democrats want this Nation
to lose the war in Iraq by stopping the funding and pulling
out military out before victory has happened. Liberals
dismiss common sense and see idiotic visions of things
that never happened (911 conspiracy) which makes them
antiAmerican. Liberals want power in this Nation but they
don't care whom they run over or call names in their process.
Liberals never own up to wrongs they've done (trashing the
White House when Clintons left office; removing all the B
keys on all the computer keyboards, and stupid junk like
that). I have many more definitions, but I'll leave it at what
I've already written.

LIBERALS
Liberals share a belief in individual rights, free enterprise, representative democracy, and the rule of law. In this sense, almost all Americans accept liberal ideas. So much so that it is easy to forget how revolutionary these ideas were when the American Constitution was written. Thomas Jefferson said, “Peace, commerce, and honest friendship with all nations, entangling alliances with more.” All of our founding fathers considered liberalism a foundation of “the great experiment”. America since Reagan, liberalism has been colored to appear weak and elitest and our military force is used to intervene in other nations affairs.
Think liberal, think BIG.

You should realize that this is verbal manipulation. In the 1970's being a liberal was considered a very positive concept... Until the amoral and opportunistic conservative think tanks around Washington D.C. systematically attacked the concept of "liberal' through political and media messages.
Notice how the term "liberal" is sandwiched between negative words these days... Just like I sandwiched conservative in the paragraph above.
Today, people who believe in equality and opportunity for all identify themselves as progressives instead of liberals. Today we have self-centered, egocentric, conservative, soulless automatons who have no idea who they really are.
In the meantime, I'm doing all I can to sandwich the pugnacious "conservative" automatons in negative contexts.
