Can anyone tell me rights that straight people have that gay people do not? I am looking for anything; even the smallest things will help. Everywhere I look on the Internet it either says the stupidest hateful garbage or talks about marriage and the military.

i married to bristish man in egypt and had a baby and iam only 20 and he 58 i found that he not love me at all and he stayed with me because i get pregnant and iam egyptain now he was so insist to make the baby british and now i found he done that to take my baby away from me with notice i been sexy abused from my brother when i was young and threated bad with my baby because iam not believe in islamic and iam now in uk he want me to back to egypt and take her away from me because i have no work or home or money , i dont know what to do i want to be christian and he refused , what i need just now to make sure he not take my baby away and want to convert to be christain and want to be safe if i come back to egypt they will kill me and my visa will finish in april iam now in uk how i make my self and baby safe and as well not taken from me , how i do that i have no home no work no money . please tell me how i fix these problems

I have 2 family member returned from, as well as my best friend. I have known what "thats like" for 3 years. 1 has a unidentified skid disease, another has Post Traumatic War Syndrome, I wouldnt be able to bear if any 1 of them had been killed, I want the truth for our "liberation" of Iraq, I am afraid the answers the public wants wont be revealed in time, if ever...God help us all!

Tom Delay's name was on the ballot before he resigned and ultimately decided to not run for re-election. Democrats filed a lawsuit arguing that the Republican Party could not legally name another candidate. Shelley Sekula-Gibbs overwhelmingly won the special election (to serve the rest of Delay's term) but lost in the general election to Nick Lampson 51% to 43%.

This is my district and while I was waiting in line to vote they wouldn't let a lady take a piece of paper with her to the voting machine so she could remember how to spell Shelley Sekula-Gibbs. There were also several elderly people having problems figuring out the machines.



I lived near the area where Tom Delay served. There is no question that the Democrats do not deserve that seat in congress.

How can a person truly think that abortion is an okay answer to an unplanned pregnancy? I just don't understand. How can you not see it as murder? I see so many people on here talking about the poor pitiful people who are killed in abortion clinic bombings, and granted that is completely the wrong and most stupid thing I've ever heard of as a solution to stop abortion but at the same time so many feel sorry for the clinic workers and mothers who are there to....oh yeah kill children. Humm that is ironic. Not that anyone deserves death as punishment but the 50 or 60 or even if it's as many as 500 people who have died in abortion clinic bombings doesn't even compare to the hundreds of thousands of babies that are killed each year. It's a human life if you don't see that you are just selfish and you want an easy answer to your inability to plan for a pregnancy if you opened your legs or opened someones legs then you need to ready for the baby that's going to be on the way!

She believes that one shouldn't post political opinions on the Internet without using one's real name. I disagree with her. I think free speech would be 'cooled' without the option to be anonymous; especially if you have an unpopular opinion. She says that you should "stand by your belief" when posting. I think that is stupid, especially in this day and age of lunatics.

Note: I am not asking if she has a right to her own opinion, of course she does. I am just trying to get a general consensus on her opinion.

America is seeming to lose its influence in multiple ways at present because of its arrogance and disrespect towards other nations esp Russia. Do you think its time they had another superpower to deal with as it might make them get a reality check and stop meddling in other peoples affairs.

How would they like it if Russia decided to stick a few missiles around their borders and say oh its needed because we say so and thats final, i dont think so do you. All i see from the US at present is complete disregard towards anything other than its own foreign empire building policy. I can't see them dominating for much longer myself as they are actling like a Roman Emperer playing his violin as Rome is burning.

Weapons and GDP mean nothing if the world starts to go against you and resent everything you stand for, it seems the word democracy is only used these days if it suits American policy, it's only a democracy if America says so
