I live close to the district where Tom Delay served. Houston has never been more angry at the democrats than when they stole that seat.

Fighting to keep Tom Delay on the ballot after he withdrew from the running so they could steal another seat in the House.

EDIT: I've never liked Delay. He's the reason I never voted a straight party ticket. I disagree with how the democrats fought to keep a republican off of the ballot.

Oh please there are so many
For troops increase then against (ala Kerry)
Want to recind the tax increase talk about wanting to cut off your nose to spite your face.

Minimum wage increase a payoff to the unions only dimwits think they give 2 cents about average worker.
Want to eliminate the secret ballot for union voting increasing the intimidation of workers.

Constant negativism and defeatism the Republican party is far from perfect but at least they don't constantly try and insult your intelligence some of my observation of the democrats actually shows they have contempt for the American people.

i don't think of the main magnificent hates the undesirable. i think of they're detached to the undesirable. in case you ask questions like "do you want the undesirable to have get right of entry to to well-being care" "might desire to the government help the undesirable" lots of the solutions the main magnificent provide selection from a careful "specific" to the extra elementary "i might opt to not might desire to pay for it" to the almost as elementary close to hate answer of "those ineffective beats do not deserve it". And that's extremely elementary for persons on the main magnificent to declare that no one dies from loss of scientific well-being coverage. which isn't real as analyze have got here upon that between 25 and 40 % of uninsured human beings can not locate the supplies to help them pay for scientific care. which includes one individual in 2011 died form an enamel an infection because of fact he have been given unfastened ER bypass to, and the ER gave him a prescription that he could not take care of to pay for and he could not locate charity to help pay for the antibiotics. that's a elementary problem that some conservatives do their ideal to pretend does not exist. My point of view is that this, too many republicans have offered the thought the privileged few might desire to have the supplies, and the undesirable might desire to serve them, build stuff for them, yet not stay in convenience. i think of plenty extra republicans think of this way than are prepared to admit it because of a pair of them understanding that they might become much less widely used in the event that they defined their perspectives outright. i understand many conservative human beings for my area who're of the opinion that a hard working individual shouldn't earn money salary except the interest they're doing is technician point or bigger.

DeLay is just another neocon criminal. Gerrymandering is one thing but the way he did it was totally out of bounds.
