i think the best way would be to fine huge amounts to businesses that hire illegals, and take away all free medical care and benefits for illegals

Well the weakness is its a voluntary program. this should be mandatory and not just for city gov.

No, I don't. I think it is heartless, dumb, a contradiction of this country, and has no sense of morality. Why are they speaking of respect? They act like these illegals come to attack Americans, why would they waste their time planning that when they have enough things to worry about such as feeding their children or just having better opportunities. Instead of helping out they act like they are animals. It's a disgrace to humanity.
