As we know muslims claim Islam to be a religion of peace.
Can any one of these moderate Muslims explain why the whole country of Iran is behind its nuclear program?
Please bear in mind that Iran has not even started building its nuclear power plant but seems to need huge amounts of enriched fuel.
Oh and the little thing about the leader saying Israel should be wiped off the face off the earth.
What we observe is an Islamic country bent on violence.
It does not seem valid to me to claim Isl;am is a religion of peace where everywhere we look all evidence shows the opposite.

with rising interest rates -Tax increases(to pay for war) - exported jobs - small business opportunities closing - enormous inflationary pressure arriving soon (normal after any war ) -energy price hikes (also adds to inflationary pressure)-decomposing infrastructure - lousy public schools - high health care costs - credit card companies acting like loan sharks instead of banks -banks acting like credit card companies - employers not giving raises to keep up with cost of living - huge federal govt run like a charity to special interests? you tell me where are we headed ?

I think the Human Rights law is wrong made.As I live in Britain, I , like many others, have noticed countless of cases were human rights laws were wrong applied. I heard that there is nothing wrong with them , that is just a matter of interpretation. well, these laws were made by humans, and humans may be wrong. everybody in britain knows now about fu....g convicts who get huge amounts of money and lots of things that other poor people, cant afford to have.and why? because they have they human rights breached.
I dont think human rights laws should be scrapped, someone should take a new look over them and see what's wrong.

I think it's a big mistake to try and pass legislation to bring troops home fro Iraq before we've succeeded in protecting them from a ruinous government that was in place before this whole mess started. If I were in power, I know what I would do. How come Hillary didn't ask this question, since the democrats have been maligning President Bush for 6 and a half years over it?

Judging from the popularity of Pat Robertson, Tim LaHaye, James Dobson, and Jerry Falwell it seems that in the United States being a "true" Christian is associated with being a social conservative and a Republican. When did this happen? Why did this happen? What does Christianity have to do with tax cuts, abortion, gay marriage, the death penalty and other social issues held dear by social conservatives?

(If a family cannot afford to have a child, then should they have one? Should poor people be forced to give up their children for addoption or have abortion, should their be a limit to one child. Many poor families in the UK have multiple children but can barely look after themselves, is it right that they should burden the average tax payer. Should we take the approach china has and limit child birth?

This seems like a Bush Bash, we have other things out there that need to be taken care of and this is not one of the top priorities, boo hoo 8 attorneys. Clinton fired all 93, the only difference was timing. If my boss fired me would it matter if it was after he was there awhile...No. We have issues like health care, Iraq, and the bugdet to name a few...and we are making this the top headline!!! Bush has a year and a half and he probably isn't going anywhere, cut the BS and start working on the problems you were elected to take care of...not to mentioned promised to fix. The last time I looked this issue wasn't on the campaign trail.

Today, Immigrants ,Asylum seekers, Economic migrants are all being demonised in our society, some would rather they starve to death than sweep the streets, some would rather they die of sickness because they dont have the means for health Insurance, In the uk, there are plans to refuse illegal immigrants access to public services.

Trade between developing world is unfair , hence millions are starving in there own country.

Have we really learnt anything from the abolition of slavery?

I dont think so.

I predict that 200 years down the line , our childrens childrens children , would be repeating the very same thing we are saying now.....it wasnt me or it want us.

Still some would say it was legal then and so they cant be sorry and besides the victims are all dead

And ofcourse others would be so dismayed that this generations allowed such to happpen.

As a Englishman i was amazed when watching many "Hollywood" war movies, just how brave and deadly accurate the American soldiers are compared to other nations.
The strange thing is that most people have the preconception that American soldiers tend to shoot more "goodies" than "baddies" and are very "gung ho" in their actions.
I say well done to "Hollywood" for trying to sweep this nasty rumour under the carpet.

this irks me, my car was parked in a residential area, and i clearly knew there was a handicap curb in front of me .. so i parked behind the blue curb .. i got back to my car and i got a parking ticket fine for 300 dollars, and the ticket says i was 4 feet into the curb, that irked me cause i was at the most a foot with the front of my car barely even touching the blue .. this was late at night , so its hard to see .. i took pictures of where i parked it , and this was in san jose, california .. do i contest it ??

Your children turn of age or get married and suddenly you can't do anything right. Of course I think it even start before that even in their teens. Not a thank you for all those night you stayed up with them. All of the vacation you never took or things you never had because of the kids. And now they resent any money you spend on yourself. I wonder if Brad and Angelina have any idea of what they are letting themselves in for. They will be resented because of all of the time that they weren't there. Of course, the children will be embarassed about their values. I guess parents just have to develop a thick skin.

My future mother in law is VERY ill... and my fiance is now looking for a nursing home that is able to provide the care she so desperately needs.. However, we're not made of money... Her monthly checks are only about 500 a month, not nearly enough to cover a nursing home's care. What help is out there to us? I have no idea where to look for government aid, or anything that might help cover her care needs... We are in Arkansas (Marion, if that helps)... Please help us find a way to care for his mother without losing our minds or going into bankrupcy...
