If all the major leaders of the world were sent to a desolate island, given a random weapon/item, and be forced to kill each other off until only one remained (Like in the film/graphic novel Battle Royal) who would survive and become dictator of the universe?

Should Turkey be barred from the EU until they own up to the Armenian Genocide and pay survivors.

The Germans were punished and admit they have done wrong.
Why shouldn't Turkey?

Apparently the Turks are very much in denial about the whole affair.

Beside Turks seem like hateful people with hatred for the Greeks, Armenians and the Kurds.

So until Turkey learns to be a better global citizen I don't believe they should not be allowed in the EU.

The trouble with thinking 9/11 was an inside job staged by George W. Bush & Co. is that it defies belief any U.S. president might be capable of such an iniquitous crime against his own people.

Yet, subsequent Bush actions, such as lying the nation into war against Iraq, makes one wonder if the man didn’t create the 9/11 massacres to justify his attacks on Afghanistan, Iraq, and Iran.

After all, his record reveals him to be a serial liar, warmonger, tyrant, torturer, and usurper of his peoples’ civil liberties. Just off the top, here are some illegal GWB actions that betray what he is really about.

BOSTON (Reuters) - More than 30 Vermont towns passed resolutions on Tuesday seeking to impeach President Bush, while at least 16 towns in the tiny New England state called on Washington to withdraw U.S. troops from Iraq.

Known for picturesque autumn foliage, colonial inns, maple sugar and old-fashion dairy farms, Vermont is in the vanguard of a grass-roots protest movement to impeach Bush over his handling of the unpopular Iraq war.

"We're putting impeachment on the table," said James Leas, a Vermont lawyer who helped to draft the resolutions and is tracking the votes. "The people in all these towns are voting to get this process started and bring the troops home now."

Americans are generally deluded and brainwashed about America's wealth and power when America has been decaying for at least 30 years. America generally just exists in name. No nation can be considered "first world" with no national health, rampant crime, general poverty and substandard education. The "America" people are deluded by is basically for the top 5% of Americans. If you want to witness where America really is just visit it's major cities and withness the massive poverty. You can also simply "test" any individual on the street and you will find most of little knowledge.

If a man is caught in the act of raping a young woman who is not engaged, he must pay fifty pieces of silver to her father. Then he must marry the young woman because he violated her, and he will never be allowed to divorce her. (Deuteronomy 22:28-29 NLT)

She doesn't get the money, she gets to marry her attacker.

Why does it seem to be easier for illegals to get fake id's than to get green cards for employment and migrate here LEGALLY? What should be done to make fake id's easier for employers to spot so they can reject illegal immigrants with fake id's? Do you think fines or jail time would be more effective to discourage employers (corporate, proprietorships and partnerships) from hiring illegals?

Gays and Lesbians have the same right as the rest of us do:

WE ALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO MARRY SOMEONE OF THE OPPOSITE GENDER!

A gay man may marry a woman.
Just as a straight man may marry a woman.

A lesbian woman may marry a man.
Just as a straight woman may marry a man.

NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL EQUAL PROTECTION UNDER THE LAW!

I know the requirements (you've got to be at least 35, an American citizen, etc...) what I'm wondering how would a regular guy such as myself actually run. Would I have to declare my Presidency? And how would I go about doing that? If anyone out there really knows I would really be interested in hearing.
Thank you in advance.

"Red" State Children at Greater Risk than Youths In "Blue" States, Reflecting Toll of Anti-Government Politics Drawing from official federal data, the book illustrates how living in a so-called "red" state appears to be more hazardous to the health of millions of American children. The factors weighed in the "Homeland Insecurity" ranking include such indicators as inadequate pre-natal care, lack of health care insurance coverage, early death, child abuse, and teen incarceration.

Based on this diverse range of 11 child-related statistical measures, nine of the 10 top states with the best outcomes for children are so-called "blue" states (WI, NJ, WA, MN, ME, MA, CT, VT and #1-ranked NH, with IA being the sole "red" state in the group) and all 10 of the bottom states with the worst outcomes for children are so-called "red" states (WY, GA, AR, AL, SC, TX, OK, NM, LA, and MS

In the Phoney War of 1939 - 1940, the French army, disastrously, defended behind the Maginot LIne after token advances in the Saarland in September 1939.

If the French politicans and top commanders had wished to attack in Spring 1940, before Hitler did in May, to get far they would have had to cross the Rhine. Was this possible with their resources and military skills?

The Rhine was the front line in the South, between Strasbourg and Basle. The German side is forest. An attack further North would entail crossing the industrial Saarland or the Ardennes Hills, which would lead up to the Rhine Gorge or to the industrial area of the Rhineland around Cologne and the Ruhr. Finally, an attack in the North would go through Belgium and Holland, with accompanying political problems as well as creating additional military enemies.

The allied Rhine crossings in 1945 used methods not available in 1940.

I'm interested in what was technically possible, not what should have been done.
