being linked to Kerry, being charged with conduct that Ann Coulter made up and is impossible to defend, and he is not riding the moment! Not to say it can't be done!
No one knew Jimmy Carter, who was not our best president, but probably our most moral one!

Aside from some of the misinformed voters who post opinions on certain websites, his biggest obstacle to overcome is the media. The media really believes Obama and Clinton are the only Dem candidates out there. Once again, their inability to do their job.
I drove to San Antonio from Austin this afternoon to hear John Edwards speak. Unlike some of you who have posted here, he DOES have an agenda and knows how to get it completed. I also saw Obama speak here in Austin a few weeks ago. He rambled all over the place with no direction in his speech whatsoever. He appeared completely ill-prepared.
I've listened to Hillary and she won't commit to anything. Do the Democrats really need a candidate that will divide our party? We have finally come together after the elections in November; let's keep the momentum going!

Besides his obvious lack of qualifications and his slimy past as an ambulance chaser, things got even worse when we all found out about the bloggers he had on his campaign staff. You don't necessarily have to be a Christian to be offended by Amanda Marcotte's comments; all you really need is the slightest sense of decency and civility. Which comment am I talking about? The one that basically says "If Mary had taken Plan B after the Lord filled her with his hot white c**, we would need to find another mythology to justify our mysogyny."
That ranks right up there as one of the sickest, most despicable things I've ever heard. And then John Edwards had the nerve to come out and call Ann Coulter's comments "hate speech"? Yes, as one of the previous comments stated, his biggest obstacle is "a brain".

His principal issues are not seen by the general electorate as those most important to the country at this time.
Nor are they seen as such by his party's primary voters, which is why he'll not secure his party's nomination, much less win the general election.

Well, aside from Clinton and Obama, he also has the problem of being a successful litigator, which means that insurance companies, the AMA and the medical conglomerates will lobby hard against him.

His biggest problem is Hillary Clinton. His 2nd biggest problem is Barack Obama. If he manages to get by them, he then will have a problem in the form of his Republican opponent.
