I have a friend who is a single parent with two small children and she had to pack her job in because of the cost of child care, she was paying over £200 a week for child care and she was getting just above the Minimum Wage which meant she was really earning money just to pay for child care.
i also know of someone else who was let go by her employer because she had to take time off work when her child caught chicken pox.
any views on this.

Accoring to the American Media, Osama Bin Laden is in Los Angles, living in a 10bed room estate, being paid by the Tax payers for the 9/11 and Mr. Bush profiting from the deal.

As the American people choose thier President, Why won't they send him personally and have him fight the War he started..

friend 1 has a car, friend 2 needs a car so they write up a not so well thought out contract stating I can't ask for it back and you can't give it back. the car is still in Friend 1's name so Friend 1 still owns it. They sign it and have notarized. Would it hold up in court?

I don't think this is a good idea considering our borders, jobs, co2 emissions, illegals. What do you think? How can we stop it?

I believe that they should be made to give up their citizenship for a period of 5years and be deported back to Mexico! Just like we would be sent to prison for harboring a wanted criminal! We all know better!!!

Why do people here shout "Grow up" to people - who's points of view they disagree with?

Isn't this actually one of the most childish phrases on the planet (last heard -when I was a kid in the eigthies by spoilt fairly ugly ickle girlies in the classroom) - who have never - to this day actually "grown up" - or if they have, offer no way of life anyone here would wish to "Grow Up" too?

Particularly annoying - when it is followed or preceeded by no arguements, logic or reason - and is just used for the "debater" to just make some kind of irrellevant pointless stupid noise?

Is "grow up" the only arguement left for the Iraq war and the right?

Is this phrase actually supposed to convince people to take up a religion, fight and die for they're county - vote conservative or marry ugly chicks or work for 3dollars a hour?

(as a chap who spent years in the substance misuse industry - a fairly adult and professional area - I still have no idea what the hell it means).

No need to report me now. I'm not being racist or bigot. Haven't had problem with Jews and haven't been huge on Mel Gibson or the "Passion of Christ". However, i'm starting to believe he had a point in his accusation connecting Jews and world wars, recent wars atleast. I mean, all the problems the Arab world had and is having with the west (and sometimes the rest of the world) has everything to do with Jews and their stronghold in the american government, doesn't it? Honestly!!

Tell me what you think!

Soon a new law which will give Bailiffs legal right of entry I.E breaking in to your house with NO need for a court order may be passed. I think this will be a major infringement of civil liberties. What do you think?

I don't want to tell you what I think about gays, abortion, minorities, feminism, gay marriage, multiculturalism, inter-racial marriage, atheism, empowered woman and the whole host of other things that you advocate as the up and coming and the norm. I just want you to know, I'm a white man, and YES - I am still very much alive and very powerful in America. I won't be going anywhere fast. Also, understand this, the older people get, the wiser they become. They come to learn that old fashioned values and good honest traditional ways are the keys to a long and joyful life. ( not men marrying men, and having test tube babies ) This ones for my fellow men, thumbs up! Comments?
