my partners mother has had a catering van on the same site for 12 years she is very ill she has cancer so she has passed the buisness on to us now we have had the councal telling us we may have to move but it is a family buisness i want to know if we have been on that land for 12 years do we have rights i think its unfair as his mum has bult this busneess for 12 years

someone sent me an answer to another question i had asked a few days ago. this person brought up a very good piont. It is the mothers body right, so she should be able to kill herself, it's her body, she should be able to do drugs, it is her body. Think about it do you really think the mother should be able to MURDER a BABY (and dont call it wha is isnt it is a LIVING baby)????

The world asked for our assitance in WW1 and WW2 they asked us to be part of the UN and all of it's resolutions which got us into Korea, Vietnam, Former Yugoslavia, Gulf 1 and Gulf 2 (Yes that means Iraq) Now we are being asked for troops for Darfur as well. We supply more aid to the poor than all other countries combined. We have supplied More Military aid to nations that requested it than any other nation. We have lost soldiers to Protect The Jews as well as the Muslims in Bosnia and Kuwait. Inspite of all this the World forgets that they ask us to help! and then acuse us of being the worlds Police or the worlds NAzis' or worse. We Have acted in some cases after being attacked but in most cases show great restraint in not going to war. The American Taxpayer pays a great cost to feed and Clothe the poor. We supply more medicine than all other countries combined. it seems to me that only the good ask us to be there, the bad and the Ignorant ask us to stay home.

practically Israel lost the 33 Day war with a very small ( Gang )

Apparently Bailiffs will legally be allowed to break into our homes to seize items for payment if people are in credit card debt Etc

Only thing is I keep getting letting from Bailiffs and have had them come to my door on numerous occasions asking for payment from someone who moved out over 5 years ago

I have sent the letters back phoned the court house and told the bailiffs face to face that they don't live here and yet the still come

So does this mean we could have our house broken into and our stuff seized legally?

How do people like me get safe guarded against this proposal?

I have a thought. George Bush and Jr. (Gorge and George...) are kind of like a couple characters from Of Mice and Men. One of them is working hard and doing his job, and the other is the poor innocent big guy with a HEART of gold (just like Jr, notice the sarcasm). Also the big guy (Junyor) gets into a lot of trouble and George has to get him out of a jam and look for a new place as a prospect, i.e. Iraq, N. Korea, Iran, heck why not Cuba and Canada too...and finally the big dumb George has put way too much focus and attention to petting some lady and he kills her by accident...G.W. ok, nothing in common... so far. But anyway Sr. is and was a ´real´ politician and dedicated statesman (although I didn´t agree with him or his policies) but the big dumb guy didn´t fair so well in public opinion. So basically people, if you are smart or dumb ENOUGH, put enough dedication into something, you can make arguments for why electricity and water are equal.
¿any thoughts...?Love&Respect.

After hurricane Katrina me and my husband and our five kid's moved to TN. We brought a five br. home .Then one of our triplet's started to have medical problems so we got in touch with my husbands sister that was living back in la. she had offered to help us. so we brought the baby's by her home on a Saturday and on Monday she was in a court room with a cps worker that she was friends with telling the judged that we just left with out saying a word and she had no way to find us. we wasn't under an investigation by the state, then on Wednesday we got a message on our cell phone telling us that the state of la has custody of our kid's now and that she is getting $700.00 per child from the state , what do you think we should do ,

....at my college dorm or in classroom if i have a warrant in the next county? I am in Texas and they are currently having a state-wide warrant round up. I was just wondering if they can come look for me, or if they just leave it to chance (such as a traffic stop) to arrest me. My warrant is for speeding and failure to appear, nothing serious.
