most obviously, a politician, but thats a given,
i would say most definitely lobbyists, then perhaps businessmen (ceo's specifically) but that could fall in the category of lobbyists, judges and lawyers maybe a distant third.
celebrities are only tools, i doubt anything they say truly impacts the political system outside public opinion.

Anything. Basically head of States (or the smart people working behind them letting these head of States get all the credit...).
There are presidents who were ex-movie stars. There are prime ministers who used to be lawyers who helped people who couldn't afford legal assistance. And there are uneducated people who don't even have enough education but became a president because her father was a State's first president (this first president was one of the best presidents the State had ever have, hence when his daughter ran for the spot everyone voted for her). What if a State's new president was one of the State's ex-first lady? So they can basically be anything. Depends on how good you are at public speech and how charismatic you are. Doesn't necessarily mean you make good policies. Someone else can make them for you, because sometimes people who know how to make good policies don't become very popular with the public.
Basically it's a team effort. But one person gets all the credit because (s)he is charismatic and knows how to speak and has a nice background. I hope that makes sense.

The media has a big voice politically, but lobbyists have direct contact with lawmakers & can affect the way they vote more directly than the media.
The media can affect the way WE vote & therefore make the voters the biggest voice politcally.

Lawyers, of course. When a lawyer is held accountable, he is judged by - other lawyers. If you want to sue a lawyer, who do you get? - another lawyer, (does cutting a deal sound like a possible outcome here?). You could say that our political system is of the lawyers, by the lawyers and for the lawyers. Judges, congress persons, political appointees are mostly, that's right - lawyers.....oh yes, and presidents.

Israeli lobby. Because of the Israeli lobby, the United States has willingly set aside its own security and that of many of its allies in order to advance the interests of Israel. In addition the study accuses the pro-Israeli lobby, particularly AIPAC of manipulating the U.S. media, policing academia and silencing critics of Israel by labeling them as anti-Semitic.
