I almost fell off my chair when I heard it. To me it shows a sign of panic.
Barack Obama had arranged months ago to attend and speak at this service.
Then she saw the numbers slipping towards Barack, panicked then had hubby call friends to get her a speaking gig last week.
Then the "drawl" attempt which was sooo weak.
She might know the issues but things like that make it hard for other women to be taken seriously.
To me it was a misstep. She should have known it would come out that her hubby called in a few favors to get her there. It would have been better if she had just gone and marched instead of speak. This made her look weak as water.

I'm southern, from Georgia. I listened to the audio, but I wasn't offended. However, she needs a lot more practice. Her fake southern accent was horrible! Oh well... that's how politicians behave. All candidates have their faults, even Sen. Obama.

Hillary is just doing what she does. Trying to appeal to everyone by saying whatever she thinks you want to hear. Even using a fake accent and a little "Howdy Ya'll" She is good at that. She won't get my vote. BTW I wonder if she eats grits....na I doubt it.
She has been in NY too long.
