Ok, I do believe that we should reduce our carbon gas emissions into the atmosphere, but why not just conserve and use energy more wisely. I see that Al Gore recently came under fire for having several expansive homes that consume more energy than an average American. Why wouldn't he work on conserving and reducing his consumption instead of adding to the bureaucracy of adding another layer to this complex subject? This is liberalism gone amuck in my opinion.

Let me start by admitting that I don't like or agree with anything she says.. .. because I don't BELIEVE her . That said, I'm always willing to give somebody the chance to PROVE themselves..... .afterall, we sometimes get surprised !! But, cmon now, she made promises. . . she has not kept them . Boisterous claims of 'getting the job done' and 'most ethical congress' bull, and yet they have 'accomplished' dividing America further with their little kiddie games of Non-Binding Resolutions. . ... . with absolutely NO INTENT on carrying it any further !! Oh sure, she lied and her compatriots lied to get elected, but now they're in. . . . so it's PUT UP OR SHUT UP time !! I saw all the polls on Democratic sites and Republican . THEY ALL SAID that the vast MAJORITY of Americans were VERY UNHAPPY with Non-Binding Resolutions !!

How do you assess the first 100 hours. . LMAO , even though it's been THOUSANDS ???

We moved into our home just over a year ago. This is a new home and was built one year prior to our purchasing it. The right side of the house holds two bedrooms and a hallway. The hallway has a severe dip in the floor that leads to one bedroom. The bedroom also has a severe lump in the floor. These items have been on the repair list since before we went to close on the house. We were originally told that there was a problem with the A-frame, a problem that could and would be repaired. This has not happened. The repair contractors have come out several times and attempted to repair the problem by shaving down the wood under the carpet and nailing the wood down so that the lump would no longer be noticable. However, none of these measures have proven effective. The defects remain and are still on the punchlist to be repaired. If the defects cannot be fixed, what is our legal recourse?

I'm just a young girl minding my own business. The new rules of random stop and search...is this necessary?
Does Bush think terrorists are stupid enough to place a bomb in their bag. Most bombs are attached to the body.
Also the subway has thousands of openings that terrorists can get thru with no detection. Does Bush think manning only the busy openings is going to stop a terrorist?

My parents are both in their 70's. Both are veterans, yet they get stonewalled at every turn by the Veterans administration. My parents are not wealthy. The V.A. acts like they should hurry up and die. Congress and the president refuse to fully fund the V.A. Both patries are the same. They want people to serve their country, but don't want to justly compensate them for their service. Any real americans would rise up and demand that our veterans are very well taken care of. Per capita there are more veterans and their families living in poverty than any ethnic group. This is not right as without our veterans sacrifice there would be no USA.

A friend of mine was compulsorarily retired from Food Corporation of India just a fortnight prior to his retirement. He is apprehensive that the FCI management, might chargesheet and penalise him for the irregularities, he never committed, even after the retirement from the service. This lawyer was appointed by the NYS courts for my brother whom doesn't have the money to pay a lawyer. He was charged with Felony-Theft. He has since returned the property and been a good civilian since his arrest. His court appointed lawyer didn't show up for his last appeance. Is there a legal action as a family member I can take against this man for breaking his right to a fair and speedy trial? If not, what other things might I be able to do in order to get this lawyer to cooperate?

I live in an area whwere there are 3 bbc tv studios and we often see them filming around the town. The seem to have started filming in the local park for a kids programme rather a lot and they stop everyone else using it on their filming days.
I have tried to insist that as a council tax payer I am entitled to use the park for my kids but they ay they have payed for the use. What are my rights?
