Advantage....it can help you win. Disadvantage....it is illegal, if you are caught you can kiss your political career goodbye.

advantages and disadvantages for whom ? if for the country - NO advantages all disadvantages.You can minimize vote-buying by not selling your vote or better by not voting at all !
