I expect the question to the judge will be resubmitted.

My interpretation of events:
Someone on the jury seems to be of the opinion that in order to NOT have a "reasonable doubt" that Libby could have forgotten how he knew about Plame -
it must be shown in court that is impossible that he could have forgotten.
That means someone is clinging to acquittal against others who believe sufficient evidence has been shown for conviction,
and the majority has gone to the Judge for assistance in arguing the juror from their position.
