a 30 yaer old ( tom) is supplying a 16 year old ( joe) with booze, cocian and weed and joes parents find out that tom is suppling him with these things so would he get put away
tom works at a cafe and joe hangs out there and they are kinad freinds and he gives it to joe while tom is wroking..? but hes not a drug dearler or anyuthing

In my own state I know as a narcotics officer, there are two offenses that have been committed by "Tom."
The first, under Title 13A-12-211, is the Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance which occurrs when an illegal drug is either "sold, furnished, given away, delivered, or distributed."
The second, under Title 13A-12-215, Providing Illegal Drugs to a Minor (Juvenile), when illegal drugs are provided by one over age 18 to one under age 18.
The first offense is a Class "B" Felony...the second a Class "A" Felony.
Both offenses carry severe penalties but especially the second offense!

well let put it this way,,lol bubby have a new wife for a spell,an if he give it to him, i dont care what coler you paint the horse, he still a drug dealer
