I have to do an advertisement for the 16th amendmant, congress has the right to collect taxes on income. does anyone know any sites where i can get info on how this affects americans. also do you think i should oppose these taxes or agree with them?

I read a couple little paragraphs over the past few days about Gypsy communities and Illegal Imigrants, and it got me thinking about what the status of a person would be if they were born in the USA, but never got put on the public record, or got a birth certificate.

Would such a person have to go through immigration, children's services, or what? Could a person get deported?

Hi there,
I was issued two speeding tickets(which i never knew off till today @7thMarch2007) for last year (May & June). All correspondence were sent to my old address where i used to live around 13 months ago. During the time of speeding offence i was never at the address and all i did go to local motor tax office to get me address changed. And all motortax receipts were sent to new(i.e. current address).
My questions now is :
a) since i was not aware of these tickets at all and even the summons went to old address, what shall i do? What options are left for me?
i) go to court and plead (then probably get big fine and points)
ii) go to court with proof that i was not at that old address?
iii) go hire a solicitor and settle through a solicitor?
And help and input will be very much appreciated. I have never been to court and pretty gobsmacked by this one. Any guidance will be more than welcome.

Hey if bush and Cheney deserve to be impeached and ruined what about all the lies and mis truths the Clintons have told when in office and running for office. "I DID NOT HAVE SEX WITH THAT WOMAN" hell even his own wife did not believe him. She lied also when brought before the grand jury. In your opinion Mrs. Hilary clinton should not be allowed to run for Presidant. Im Sorry but I believe all all politicians lie. But how can you be sure how much Presidant Bush and vice presidant Cheny really knew. Clinton had Bin Laden and let him go. Clinton knew about 911, but yet again chose to ignore it. I mean come on democrats are just as bad as republicans and independants. stand on your own two feet and be a person who does not follow what all the democrats are saying and be sure of what is being said. Im not saying Mr. Bush and Mr. Cheney, dont deserve to be looked at, but if they get punished it opens the door for former pres. and vice pres. to be punished for their employees also.

I have no idea what Hillary stands for. She never really answers a question and to me seems to say anything to get votes. I think she is to weak to be president though I am not against her as a woman I think she is weak to allow Bill to abuse her they way he does. Why in the world does she put up with it? Conservative comedians aren't funny, and liberal comedians are funny, but only when they're pretending to be conservatives(obviously only talking about political comedy). Why d'you think that is? We should have known it was coming. Even though the Democratic Party rode the antiwar wave in to Congress last November they’ve done little since to end the bloody war in Iraq.

Just last week House Democrats met to discuss how best to halt Bush’s request to send more troops into the region but couldn’t come to an agreement on whether or not to put any restrictions on the administration’s plea for an additional $93 billion to continue the occupation. The only way to stop the war, as Sen. Russ Feingold understands well, is to cease all funding for the ongoing tragedy. But the majority of Democrats, already preparing for the next round of elections, aren’t about to step up and represent their constituents.

If a crime were committed and immediately afterwards "experts" appeared on the scene claiming knowledge that no one could possibly have about it what would you think?

Two major 9/11 anomalies have been thoroughly documented, specifically:
