NO!!

All people hate though many will not say so. The non-White races have great hatred for us and they have many organizations that are not called hate groups but "civil rights" groups even though they advocate the taking away of White civil rights. They do not want us to have the right to associate with whom we want and serve whom we want and hire whom we want and sell our property to whom we want. They want to destroy all historically White living areas, schools, clubs and businesses while keeping theirs.

Any organization that advocates for the interests of White (Caucasoids) people is called a hate group by the media and culture. The NAACP (National Association For The Advancement Of colored People) that advocates for non-White advantage at White folks expense is called a civil rights group. the NAAWP (National Association For The Advancement Of White People) that advocates for fair treatment for all races is called a hate group.

All species (plant or animals) are divided into competing sub-species. We call ours races. No - despite the mindless slogans that the stupid masses parrot about the "human race" there is no such thing. There is a human species that is divided into sub-species. The same for the mindless slogans about racial equality. Equality does not exist anywhere - even among twins. It is a myth. Each sub-species has it's general strengths and weaknesses and the same for individual creatures since they may have the traits of there sub-species to varying degrees. It is natural, healthy and required for survival that all creatures practice sub-species ism. For dogs and horses we call the sub-species breeds and they have been bred by man in ways that naturally never would occur in order to achieve results we wanted.

Hate is a natural healthy protective emotion that springs from and only exists in connection to love. In order to eliminate hate as the mindless slogans say we must eliminate love. If your love is strong your hate will be equally strong. Those that do not give much of a hoot about anything or anyone (even themselves) will have a hard time mustering much hate. We naturally hate those and that which is a threat to whom and or what we love. Those sub-species that are closely related are usually great enemies since they compete for the same resources and territory and thus are a threat to each other. The history of racial intercourse shows that to be true. the stronger, superior normally dominate the weaker inferior. Today the Caucasoid race is commiting racial suicide and that is not natural but a great perversion of natural law.

However according to the equality myth all dogs are equal in strength size and temperament as is the same for all animals. Go tell breeders to mix breeds willy-nilly.

Yes and No.

There is nothing that can be constitutionally by the law that can limit groups like the KKK and Neo-nazis from getting together and saying how much they hate Jew and the blacks and other race groups. Hate groups have every right to spew their hate filled BS all they want as long as it does not directly insight violence. So there is nothing that can be done by the government to abolish them.

However, they can be abolished. By ignoring them, by educating the young, by making better arguments on the issue. That is the whole point of free speech, the idea that we don't need to limit speech because if we let people speak freely the better idea will win out. I know that seems idealistic but I think it might work.

They should be held as domestic terrorists and come under the Dept of Homeland Security. This country is really funny. In the 70s when the Black Panther Party was suppossedly this looming threat to our government, J Edgar Hoover, the cross dressing head of the FBI, initiated a terror campaign that ultimately dissolved the Panthers. But as usual, all of these white hate groups are allowed to exist. Hank Hill would say,"Sometin just aint right about all of this".

Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

--------------
Where in there do hate groups fall? they don't AND they are not protected under "freedom of speech" because your rights end where mine begin. You have the right to hate anybody you want, but you do not have the right to entice others into damaging me.

So, the answer is YES

While you cannot legislate thought (hate), you can legislate behavior (acting on that hate). As long as the "hate" group follows all laws, there really isn't much the law can do. We do have free speech.

If the "hate group" burned crosses on lawns, beat up on somebody, harassed someone - that type of thing, then the law can step in.

No, because if you silence the hate groups you are introducing censorship. And then who decides what is hate? Where is the line drawn. Is one political wing attacking the other as we see on YA hate? Is it hate if you insult your neighbor? Introducing censorship introduces a morass in the application of it. And whoever controls it will never be completely unbiased.

Why would we want to? If we drive them further "underground" we will have a harder time finding them!

Let them say what they want! At least we will know where they stand! These groups are easier to avoid if they are allowed to show their face to the public. Force them into hiding, you don't know where they are!

Yes, it's called education.

We need to teach our kids not to judge bases on a persons religion, body type, race, country of origin, or disability.

We need to teach our kids that it's not okay to tell jokes that are racist or bigoted in nature.

We need to teach our kids not to laugh at someone else's expense or misfortune.

We need to teach our kids to use proper language when referring to people different than ourselves: i.e. using the term "Asian" when describing a person instead of calling someone "oriental".

We need to teach our children that it is not okay to use racist terminology -- n*****, w**, w******, t******, etc. -- no matter the situation (amongst friends, in reference to ones self, etc)
