my son has been in jail for 14 months has been to court 6 times d.a. doesn't want him to go to inhouse rebhab last month judge say to. friday went back to court it didn't fly judge didn't stand up to his saying. help me

Once a Judge makes a "Ruling", the only way it can be reversed is by and through Legal Error. Any plea-agreement made must be approved by the Court and the Judge may or may not accept the plea-agreement. Now, if the prosecutor goes back on the deal they can be filed on for prosecutorial mis-conduct but, I would thoroughly research my options before doing something such as that.

Let the system handle his conviction, it appears there are more unsettled issues. . . .6 times to court tells me that the judicial system wants to make sure there are no mistakes made.
Just be patient and supportive of your son, time will heal all.

It's the judicial system, there's nothing you can do.
