16th amendmant?

I have to do an advertisement for the 16th amendmant, congress has the right to collect taxes on income. does anyone know any sites where i can get info on how this affects americans. also do you think i should oppose these taxes or agree with them?

Think of what your taxes pay for. THe military, public schools etc. I would look at the national archives or edsitement, which is a teacher website. You could also look at information that argues what kind of tax we should have. In the U.S. we have a progressive tax, there is a movement of people who would like to see that changes to a flat tax.
