You need to contact the case worker involved with your children. There will be a court hearing about the children and you need to be there. They will come up with a game plan for you to follow if you truly want to get your child back but you have to follow it to the letter. Children services do not remove children without just cause. There is something that your not telling us. Anyway, you need to get the ball rolling and find out what the courts want you to do in order to regain custody of your child. If you do not do as they say you will not get your child back.

Wow tough one, it depends what state and how many people stand on the opposing side. If they took your child (family services) from you, why? and was it true? Is the other parent involved? Are there people around who may have called them for some reason? If there is no reason to have taken her they will always want the child with a natural parent. Are you a responsible person? do you work? do you have a record of violence or drug abuse? If you answer yes to the last 2 questions it will take time and hard work from you to show them you are on the right track before they give her back to you.

Get a really good lawyer, then talk to the caseworker or maybe your lawyer wants to on your behalf. You really have to be careful about Childrens Services-You are quilty until proven innocent and you can't talk (but the lawyers can). They took my two children away from me, they laid out a plan of what I needed to do to have the children remanded back to me, I did what they said, I still did not get the kids back.

Get a lawyer dealing in child custody.
If you cannot afford a lawyer go to some legal counseling service for advice, at least that will put you on the right tract.

Children Services don't remove children from their home without cause. If you think they were removed without cause, you need a lawyer. The internet won't help you. It is a LEGAL matter that can only be settle in court.
