"..Jerusalem----April 2.....The American Jewish Congress today congratulated Paul Wolfowitz on his election as the president of the World Bank.

In Israel, The Jerusalem Post had selected Paul Wolfowitz as its Man of the Year for 2002. The Post stated: "On September 15, 2001, at a meeting in Camp David, Wolfowitz advised President George W. Bush to skip Kabul and train American guns on Baghdad. In March 2003, he got his wish. In the process, Wolfowitz became the most influential US deputy defense secretary ever -

"When President Bush says, "America will not permit the world's most dangerous regimes to threaten us with the world's most destructive weapons" -- that's Wolfowitz talking.

Israel has long waited for an administration that understands that the principal problem in the Middle East is not the unsettled status of our borders. It is the unsettling nature of Arab regimes -- and of the bellicosity, fanaticism, and...."

Go to CSAgov.org and research the alternative. Americans are brainwashed by the Hollywood media that portrays The Confederacy as racist, when in fact it stands for all the things that the majority of Americans hold dear, and has members of every color and race. Check it out for yourself, It's real, It's never left, and it's growing by the day. Our own country sells us out daily (Dog the Bounty Hunter, The two Border Patrol Agents), well you get the point. There are thousands of reasons that your current government should be replaced by a government for the people instead against the people. Do your research and be enlightened.

They provide jobs to many Americans and we all make use of their services. Maybe not the Amish so much. Not many Americans are self sufficient these days.
I depend on gasoline from these companies so I can earn a living. Many depend on them to heat their homes.
Why would you work against them and hurt your own interest?
I would like to see more discovery of oil anywhere possible. I prefer cheeper oil prices than higher. I would rather have a lesser dependence on foreign oil.

In 1969 I was proud to serve. I was told "We will win in Vietnam.....We will endure.....We will not turn our backs on the new Government of Vietnam.....Then the USA ran like scared puppies on 30th April 1975 and lost the war.......Fast forward to 2007.....A new war ( Well... 4 years old ) We hear "We will win!! We will endure!! Etc...Etc...Once again the USA started a worthless war like Vietnam.......Once again we will lose like Vietnam. Is this why I'm ashamed to say I'm a military Veteran? The USA starts worthless wars. ( Korea...Vietnam...Iraq...)

It is a historical fact that Bill Clinton was Impeached by the house of reps on 12/19/1999, yet most people have gone out of there way to point out that Clinton was not impeached even though:
1) he was impeached and
2) that wasn't part of my question.
I'm trying to understand this. Is this similar to the way Bill Clinton tried to manipulate the meaning of the word 'is' during the impeachment proceedings?

It was represented as a horrible number and it is. But down playing the amount of deaths in durfur said the 400,000 was way over the number killed. That it was in fact not much over 200,000
Why is it a horrible carnage to kill 35000 in Iraq. When they call the low estimate of 200,000 as nothing in durfur?
Which the UN says is untrue that the number is actually in the milions.

* The top 5% of Americans own just under 70% of all financial wealth.
* The top 1% of Americans now claim more income per year than the bottom 100 million Americans taken together.
* The top 2/10th of 1% makes more on the sale of stocks and bonds in one year than everyone else combined.

Is it in the interests of the elite to see the middle class and the poor pitted against each-other for the smallest piece of the financial pie...rather than them?

Aren't the middle-class and the poor fighting over the crumbs?
