Move out of Tennessee. Unless the dad is your brother, don't talk to him.

Do you really want your son to have a father inlaw like that?

I think it's wrong, going steady for so long at that age. Teenage pregnancy, all that bad stuff is on the rise.

You can't stop a teenager. Unless he has done something illegal, your son cannot be arrested for any wrongdoing. If the man is stalking your son, get the proof and file for a protective order.
I wish I could help you more. These situations are always miserable. I wish you the best.

Good luck Hon.

Call the police the next time the father stalks and harasses your son.

There's not much you can do about the relationship between your son and his girlfriend until she turns 18.

Sounds like harrassment to me. . .

The father does have the right to stop his daughter from seeing your son (legally) until she is of legal age, which is 18. So I would say to just keep it on the "down-low" (forgive me. . .) until her 18th birthday. If they are truly in love, nothing will change.

But I would contact the police and inform them of the threats against your son and the harrassment of you. I think they might be able to do something about it.

Your son needs to respect her father's wishes as long as she is a minor. You need to look into a restraining order if the father is harassing your son.

What is the question? I mean, this isn't Yahoo Dear Abbey. Even Dear Abbey needs a question.

Sorry, I don't blame the dad.
