Both questions and answers seem designed to attack, defame and, where possible, destroy anyone who might disagree.

This isn't a Republican or Democratic...liberal or conservative issue. Both sides engage in the process equally.

Is this "healthy" political discussion or debate?

I was viewing a message board about Bill Clinton in which a Republican user made a very harsh comment about Bill Clinton raping several women. This is hard for me to believe, because from what I know he had only an affair.

So if you have any evidence on this from reasonable sources please post them.

I am writing a paper for college on welfare and the national debt. I have checked the U.S. Census website, but I believe that information about the number of people on welfare is confidential because I cannot find it. Is there any way I can get any information on that or poverty?

I have requested a later shipping date, which took a week for my recruiter to get me in contact with the right people to be able to request, the the MSGT i talked to told me I need to write a letter and he would submit it. I don't know if this is the proper procedures or just the run around. I have cited that my current ship out date would cause financial hardship on my parents do to a series of event having to do with my medical bills, college loans and other bills. I asked if i couldn't get a new date to be released from DEP with the option to later return. Is it really that difficult to get a date change when you did not already have a job just a guaranteed Aptitude area? what are the chance of my date getting changed. they asked for a notarized letter from my parents, but my parents would prefer I just not enlist.... so instead i gave the option of date change or release. Just wanna know the odds of getting it changed! and what to do if the don't!

Why would a Judge sentence PROBATION only to a CHILD MOLESTER??

It might, but I know the anti-gay rights activists will find a way around it. Face it, all they need to do is to set criteria for some job, like someone under 5 foot, or right-handed person, or even looking for someone who is bilingual. They can always make an exception to these rules if they find someone who is otherwise very qualified, but that would give them a reason to not hire someone who is gay or lesbian
I really do not think it will ever matter. Really, think back to anyone you know who feels a certain way about this issue. Is there ANYTHING that you could say or do to change their minds? It will be like the law on jay-walking. Everyone does it, and nobody gets arrested for doing it.
I don't know. What do you think?

I am a Canadian citizen, but I was born in a small city in Iran. The United States export laws ban exports of all almost everything (including software) to countries like Iran and Cuba.

So when I go to download or purchase certain software that I need for work (for example any Adobe, or Oracle products), their terms of agreement bans me from getting the software. This is the beginning of Oracle's terms of use which I must agree to before using their products:

"You are not a citizen, national, or resident of, and are not under control of, the government of Cuba, Iran, Sudan, Libya, North Korea, Syria ..."

The keyword here being "national" and "Iran."

Again, I'd like to stress that I am a Canadian citizen.

Once I was locked up for tossing my computer monitor out the front door,I had called the cops because some under age kids were drinking in my front yard and my wife was there with her sister,twas some of her sisters friends.They wouldnt leave and my wife wouldnt back me up in telling them to leave,I waited for about 40 minutes and was about to get ahold of this kid when I thought naaa I'll just call the police one more time and threw an old monitor behind me as I went in the door,the cops showed up,twas one of the under age drinkers aunt,She arrested me for throwing the monitor behind me,(it hit the door then bounced down to steps go figure
