If you are a private citizen, you can't. Those records are only available to the prison service.

You have no chance of seeing anyones prison records, its against the law. But if this prisoner is a danger to you or anyone contact your local Police station. If they dont help ring the prison and ask to speak to the Gov.

if the prisoner is a family member or is a threat to you ring local police and they might be able to find out for you if you are looking about release details or other
