How do you go about getting a lawyer / law school interested in a Pro Bono case?

I'm Kinda afraid that he will try to persuade tumor not to grow (to avoid hurting a patient), instead of operating, and patient might be dead soon.

Why do the police protect these people at protest and at the same time say immigration is a federal issue? If it is a federal issue then the police need to stay out of the way and let Americans defend when the government as the people see fit. The police need to stand down or stand up! One or the other!

I keep seeing all these expensive homes being built in my town. I don't understand how people can afford to buy them. Driving around town the only jobs available are fast food and retail. Very few places pay more than minimum wage. What is going on?

what difference does it make to the government if 2 gay people get married? and why should i care if 2 gay people get married? it doesn't effect me one way or another. who gives a s*iT.

i'm a straight male but i'm just curious. just because the politicians don't agree with it, why does it need to be illegal? isn't that taking basic human rights away from the gay community?

I yelled to a Iraqi war veteran to go to **** and this 58 year old man in Mt Clemens ran up to me and told me I should be ashamed of myself. I said "Yea! Well, you taught me how and what to say. He looked puzzled...I said...In 1970 when I was in the military you ran up to me and cussed me out and called me a fxxx. ( He was 22 at the time) So I said Thanks for the time to show me how to treat the troops. I now treat the troops the way America taught me when I was in the military uniform.

In almost every form I fill in, online or on paper, is there not an option to say ''I'm English''?

From the UK, or
Congonese, Austrilian, white other, asian other.....etc

Why can I not say I am English?

Will it oneday be segregated into continents, or hemisphires?

I'm English.

And I want the powers that be to know that.

what i'm saying is that if you fall in love with the perfect woman for you, and all of us guys know how hard it is to find a good woman, no matter what country she comes from you would think it would be possable for her to move to the country you live in to be with you, so i feel the american government should at least warn people that they may not have a good life if they expect to bring a wife back home from another country, this information would save many people alot of greaf, but i realize that they don't want the public to know just how really bad they are to people who do have this type of marriage, when i was a boy in school, history and american government all ways sounded like their was so much respect from the government for the citizens they work for, but as a man iv'e learned the sad truth about the control they have over us, should they tell everyone infront about the chances your marriage takes dealing with the INS and fairness is no promise,whats your thoughts/ ideas

The social engineers want to artificially adjust the numbers of people in particular places of employment and education. But for some reason, they only place emphasis on whatever fits their agenda.

Fox example, we ALWAYS hear them whining about how there aren't enough women in Science and Math. (Guess it never occured to them that perhaps this doesn't appeal to as many women) But you RARELY hear them bemoan the fact that Nursing is almost all women. When was the last time they had an "awareness" campaign to inform men that they, too could be nurses?

Isn't it time we put a stop to the social engineers, and just let people decide for THEMSELVES what type of things interest them?

It isn't discrimination : it's because of a fear of reverse discrimination. E.g., people elect a president to serve all states & peoples of the USA, hopefully fairly. Many whites likely see the way there is so much racially-charged & motivated speech by non-whites on radio, TV, etc. and feel like that minority politician will give extra special care to his/her own group, exclusively. The well-being of this nation requires evenhandedness. Serving only your own goes back long before the mid-1800's or black & white issues, so we all know this doesn't work : it divides and creates hatred & distrust. I've sometimes listened to the radio & come across black gospel programs where the speaker was keyed up & telling how the black people need to do such & such, stick together & get for themselves. That isn't christianity. That's racism. Be for everyone, earnestly & fairly , and you'll likely start to see a difference.

if someone is from egypt, are they african american? or how about a white guy from south africa?

and why it seems only white people in america only refer themselves as americans, and it seems most everyone else adds something to it, like "native" american, Hispanic, "asian" american, etc....

and if the term african american refers to skin color, than what about black indians from india? many of them are a lot darker than blacks in america, or how about aboriginies? they are from australia.

My Grandfather recently died... and he had served in the SS in WWII. I'm the only member in my family that has acknowledged this, and so... he left me all his stuff, a couple boxes full of what I suppose would be Nazi memorabilia, now. Like, two uniforms, a K98, Nazi silverware... that sort of thing. I'm mildly uncomfortable with owning all of this, and I'm wondering if sending it to a museum, like the Smithsonian, would be a good idea, since most of the items are in very good shape...
